Beachfront holiday rental in North Miami Beach

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

Great place for the price. It’s very walkable, close to the beach and many restaurants and the front desk staff was helpful. The hosts gave a lot of good restaurant recommendations and were very communicative. Great place!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Check in was easy and instructions were prompt. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a peaceful getaway. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

We were there for a week. A friend family was staying in the next block, on 13th N, and we were able to make comparison of the apartments. We could see that the one from Karima was all appliances and furnitures updates. Spotless. Quite neighborhood, easy access to beach, and free transportation in the surroundings like Circuit (community services). We will rent next time in the area.

Josh's place was amazing. we had all needed supplies plus more. We didn't need a rental car and walked everywhere. the bathroom was gorgeous and water hot with perfect pressure. Bed was clean and comfy. Josh always responded. would stay again.

Truly enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and the balcony was our favorite part. We took lots of pictures out there. Just wish the tv was updated so we could use Youtube, Netflix, etc.

I had an amazing stay in Miami! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — stylish, modern, and very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless upon arrival, and the self check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the beach with private access, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami!

We had a perfect stay! The oceanfront condo was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with stunning ocean views was a highlight every morning. The host was responsive and made check-in seamless. I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

This rental is a great and significantly cheaper alternative to booking a room through the W South Beach. Communication was excellent and check-in at the W Residence desk was a breeze. You are basically staying at the W and are afforded access to all of the amenities just as if you had booked a room through Marriott. The room itself was immaculate and clean with an outstanding view. One thing to know about the W is depending on your room/suite location, it is possible to get stuck with a balcony that sits adjacent to a neighboring balcony which offers little privacy. This balcony of this unit offered great privacy with no other balconies adjacent. It is also located on the 17th floor at the beach end of the building resulting in excellent views. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for a small staycation! The host were super responsive and accommodating.

I had a great time staying at the Hyde. The hotel is right by the beach, so it was easy to relax and enjoy the ocean. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and restaurant were both really good. I especially liked having a balcony to watch the sunset. It was a peaceful and fun trip. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great weekend stay. The unit was clean and well managed, I would 100% recommend for your next beach stay. My only recommendation to Jose would be to warn guests of ongoing construction or maintenance. There was some work being done to the roof during my stay which was not too pleasant, however, I understood that it was out of the host’s control.

The space is slightly larger than the photos portray. I never felt crowded. The kitchen has all of the basics. The AC works great. The only downside is that the walls are thin. So if the neighbors are having a loud conversation or playing their music, you might be able to hear it. I would recommend for people to bring ear plugs if they're sensitive sleepers. The beach is so close and there is a Citi Bike docking station as well. The closest businesses are a 10 minute walk. The restaurants are amazing. You get a great mix of Cuban, Peruvian and Brazilian food. All of them amazing. It's a great deal and I would definitely stay again.

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

This was such a great, peaceful, and relaxing stay. The location is just a short drive from all The A12 restaurants, and is located within a quiet and private community. I very much appreciated how clean the bathrooms and kitchen was, they included the right amount of towels and that was a must because we were in and out of the ocean throughout the days we stayed there. The IT part of the whole experience was the fact that you step right outside and you are on the sand. No need to drive or walk several blocks to get there! It was peaceful and serene! The host was very communicative and responsive. We will certainly be back!

Luxury Suite in the famous Fontainebleau Resort. Definitely worth a visit. Very transparent communication with Reuwen on the cost, he is also very helpful. The apartment has a great seaside view, a small kitchen and can host 2-4 people. Check-in is easy, as it is operated by the hotel. The resort has a broad and impressive offering. Great location!
