Family-friendly holiday rentals in North Las Vegas

Michelle was an awesome host. The location of her place is perfect, We were able to walk to MGM, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Aria and many more as they are well within walking distance. The view from the 31st floor is fantastic and faces the strip. you can see Planet Hollywood, The Aria, Treasure Island and more from the balcony. Michelle was also quick to respond to messages in the app whenever we needed something.

Beautiful place. Everything was as advertised. The hot tub was especially nice for the post-Mt. Charleston 1/2 marathon recovery. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with stores and food within walking distance. If you don't mind a little extra walking, the Arts District and Fremont Street are easily attainable, though if you'd rather ride, a very short Uber trip. We'd highly recommend this place and will look for it the next time we're in town.

Our stay at Tina's place was amazing. She was incredibly communicative and flexible with our arrival time. The place was better than expected. The pool is wonderful to relax in and the covered outdoor furniture gives you flexibility throughout the full day, plus had a newer grill. Also, a few walkable restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores nearby. We recommend Mr. Mama's! While not on the strip, it is not a short drive to many restaurants, the strip, or the airport. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

So it's my daughter senior year and my son is being promoted to 9th grade. We're from Louisiana and George's place made us feel like home away from home. Everything was perfect. This is a nice place I will be looking for it in future visits to Las Vegas. The pool and spa area was everything. The kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities needed for a family. My family totally enjoyed our stay. They didn't really want to leave the house during the day. George was very responsive and understanding. Hands down a top stay I've ever had. I wish I could give ⭐️ 10 stars ⭐️. Overall this property is a gem 💎 and I'll definitely be back.

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the decor quite charming. The backyard was spacious and incredibly pretty. In addition to the large kitchen, there is a nice grill on the back patio. Everything was as expected. One thing to note: there are indoor noise detectors (we found that out after getting back from karaoke and having the fun carry over for one rather sloshed group member), so do not book here if you plan to have loud indoor events.

I appreciate that Randy responds to questions quickly and is very informative and flexible with check in and out due to I travel with 102yr old and down syndrome stepson. Randy is very empathetic and our stay was wonderful and we all enjoyed the clean, private atmosphere. I will continue to book his homes they are centrally located, in safe areas, clean, and wifi works!!!!

We had a great stay! Danny was a helpful and responsive host. The house was in a great location, close to everything! The house was wonderful and looked exactly like pictures. It was spacious and cozy and we hope to come back again someday soon!! :)

Cannot say enough amazing things about our experience! Host was communicative, friendly, and flexible. The home was ideal for the trip, as it made it comfortable to be there while at the same time allowed us the flexibility to charge our vehicle & was relatively close to a key freeway, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Awesome stay!

Jason was a kind and responsive host. He provided very clear instructions for arrival and check out. The space was spacious and very clean! Loved that the areas were sectioned off but still open floor plan. It was perfect for our large group. Location was great — close to grocery stores and local restaurants.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

Truly a beautiful and family friendly place to stay and has everything you need! I will definitely use Eddie’s place again the future when I come back to Vegas.

Tony's place was clean and tidy and in a great location. He was always fast with responding and check in was easy. Great experience overall!

Stay was comfortable. All the facilities were available. It's 6 to 8 minutes away from the strip on the taxi which normally charges 8 to 10$.Peaceful locality.

Collette was very responsive and pro-active. Gave us earlier check in and later stay (although we didn't need it). Room looked like pictures. Clean. Adequate linens for our stay.

Perfect place for a large group. The location was easy to find and within 5-10 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Vegas. You could easily sleep12 in the house comfortably.

Stop scrolling. Book immediately. Without a doubt the best 3 nights of sleep I have EVER had in Vegas. So quiet. So convenient to the MGM Grand. Uber pickups are easy. The space is exactly as described. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Great and very responsive host! Also love the sectional couch! Very nice to have a bigger nicer couch in the room!
