Beachfront holiday rental in North Kirra Beach

What a great AIRBNB. Perfect for our week holiday in the gold coast and a great base camp for the theme parks. Great position just opposite the beach which makes going for a swim at any time of the day easy. Lots of great bars and places to eat within walking distance too.

We had such a fun time! The property is walking distance from the beach. Deb and Doug gave some excellent recommendations! It was so nice to be able to take our dog with us!

Apartment was lovely, we had everything we could need for our stay and were very comfortable. Christine and Andy were very proactive with communication, especially with check in info that was helpful. All round a great stay!

We loved our stay at Adam's place. You can't fault the location such a short stroll to the beautiful beach - cafes and shops around the corner. The town house has all that you need for a great stay.

Great holiday spot with walkable distances to everything one might want or need. A few steps and you can be on a magnificent beach (unpatrolled) where you can walk for kilometres. We spent 5 nights there with 6 adults and 4 kids and there is plenty of space that we never felt crowded or in each other’s way. We experienced a few days of rain and the generous space inside made life very comfortable. Definitely recommend Camille’s place for your next family holiday time.

Jodie was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. The place was as expected. It is an old building but nicely done up. It is kind of challenging to find and we were pleased it was light when we arrived. Also the clearance for the carpark is very low so our car didn’t fit. There is very little off street or on street parking near the complex. Other than that a great stay.

A great place to stay for our few days away in Surfers Paradise. Very private - love the greenery that gives the patio area such a private feeling. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

Our whole family had a wonderful weekend. Lauren was a fantastic host. Lots of communication before and even checking to see everything was ok whilst we were in the house. House itself was magnificent. It was so clean and showed it was well cared for. We made use of all the outside "play" things. Thank you Lauren for all you did to make our weekend a great birthday experience! I would highly recommend a stay at this fabulous place.

Love the location and inside the apartment is amazing.I was struggling with locating the how to get into apartment and car park- now I know- cypress car park is chepest- 5.20 per day. That will be great if parking is included with this price too

Beautifully appointed home with tons of room all within walking distance to the beach. Great access to local shops, the pool was an added bonus. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Bright, clean, many amenities, good location. Great communication from owner and easy access. Undercover parking. Pretty much all you need for a very pleasant stay.

The unit is as exactly as described and more so with very comfortable furniture and bedding, nicely decorated and extremely clean. The resort has a few pools one is heated and a spa. Walk straight down onto the beach out from the patio no roads to cross. Great walking track out from the patio. Great hotel, surf club and cafe overlooking the beach and Woolworths across the road. Had everything we needed for our Easter Weekend.

Toni’s place was great Close to all amenities across the road from Coolangatta beach and a short walk to Kirra ( North) and Greenmount/ Rainbow Bay ( South)

This was by far the best accommodation I have stayed in the whole of south east Queensland. Absolutely loved our family stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at surfers paradise. Will definitely be going back for another holiday in the near future.

Amazing property! Really happy with stay & location!

We had a wonderful stay at Caba Pink over the weekend. The apartment is very spacious and stylishly appointed with thoughtful inclusions- we did not want for anything! The linen, towels, furnishings, kitchenware were all of high quality brands and that’s all before I even get to the view and location. The apartment has an extremely large deck to enjoy the ocean view, great in wet and sunny weather. It was an easy walk in to town and all the great restaurants- we very much enjoyed Paper Daisy. Thanks Christian and Kate- I would highly recommend Caba Pink.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Steves unit. It was even better than the photos, very spacious for 2 people, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It was spotlessly clean and fresh. Breakfast on the patio was a real treat, overlooking the river, the birdlife, people fishing and swimming. The very popular boardwalk right outside gave us quick easy access to the main beach and the many cafes and restaurants. I chose the location because of its close proximity to the beach and the shops, and as a base to drive up to Lamington National park (around 1 hr) and down to Byron for a day trip (40 mins). Having close access to the shared laundry with washing machine, dryer and space to iron was a bonus. Steve lives in the unit upstairs, and was friendly and helpful, showing us all the features of the unit and helping us to settle in. Parking was off the street, right next to the entrance. All in all, a great stay.

An absolutely stunning stay right on the beach, it doesn’t get better than this! The balcony area opens up as an extension of the living space, so spacious with endless views. Would definitely stay again. The only downside is that they make you strip the beds of all linen upon check out - the last thing you want to be doing. Would happily pay more not to do that!

Great stay and location to the beach. Beautiful amenities including the spa and pool area. Parking spot was too small for our people mover but street parking was easy to find and convenient. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Thanks for a great Palm Beach stay! 🌴🌻

We loved the chilled vibe and the ease of staying here! It was a short stroll to the beach and the heated pool was sensational

We stayed at Sharlene’s place over a long weekend (2x couples). The apartment is well appointed, clean and a nice space to relax after exploring the local area. The fans and air conditioning were well enjoyed on a humid weekend. The kitchen is also stocked with utensils etc to make a home-cooked meal. In addition, we left an item of clothing behind. Sharlene was extremely helpful in sending it back to us via post. Would highly recommend a stay at Sharlene’s apartment if visiting the Gold Coast.
