Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Dakota

We all had such a great time. Felt right at home. So much space. Would love to come back and be able to stay here again.

We enjoyed the house very much and it allowed our family plus grandparents to stay together to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. It was close to everything and the beds were very comfortable!

The place fit our needs perfectly for the family holiday. Perfect size for a couple and one or two kids. It's location and the cleanliness were the biggest factors for us. Close to family home and close to grocery stores, retail and many restaurants.

Clean and comfortable. Issue addressed in a timely manner. Quiet neighborhood.

Mike was a friendly and welcoming host. Our family had plenty of room in this house, and there was lots for the kids to do. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with supplies. The neighborhood is safe, and it's easy to go for long walks and even walk to the park. There's also an indoor gym nearby. Hot tub for winter, pool for summer.

Breanna was a wonderful host! Quick responses to all of my messages, and helpful whenever I had questions. Property was as described and very clean. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Wonderful space to stay, close to anything we wanted to do with our young children. Very easy check-in/check-out which was amazing. We want to make this an annual “sisters” trip!

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautifully spacious literary-themed apartment with our residents. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated with unique bookish touches that made it truly special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every room was spotless and cozy, offering a relaxing retreat for everyone in our group. A huge shout-out to our host, who was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We had the pleasure of meeting Dylan, who was always available for any need or request—we truly appreciated his hospitality and quick response to anything we needed. This was the perfect spot for a comfortable, peaceful, and memorable stay. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed at a couple of Mark's properties so far. Nice, updated (or new) appliances, and furniture.

This was our first time out in ND! It was our 9 year anniversary and we wanted calm but fun vibes nature but also a city! & it was everything you could imagine! Jay was absolutely stunning! They had the apartment filled with snacks and beverages and things of that nature! Games! Crossword puzzles! THE BED WAS A DREAM! Best sleep we have had in years! Very comfortable, clean & cozy! Parking was a breeze, getting back was a breeze! We did ride the bikes that was such a blast! We felt safe, we felt AT HOME! As a lesbian couple it’s hard to feel that everywhere but that’s all we felt here. We thank you again! Kyra x Tasia

The apartment and the host were great! This apartment is above the local floral and coffee shop which the host owns and operates, so breakfast was a cinch. The coffee shop has a nice little gift shop included as well, but the real star was a very, very good caramel roll and a cup pf coffee. Lisa was very easy to get in touch with via the app and communication was quick and smooth. The apartment was very clean. It was comfortable. It had everything I needed. The closes thing to an negative I can say is that it was a very cold night in North Dakota and I was cold, but there were extra blankets in the apartment I could throw on my bed and stay nice and toasty through the night.

Our family had a great stay at Megan's place. 2 bedrooms and a roomy living room that can be used as a 3rd bed if needed. Nice dining area and kitchen well stocked with kitchen equipments. Megan and her family are very friendly and fast to respond. Will definitely come back when we have companies visiting next time!

We went to an event at NDSU great location would like to stay there again next year.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a very nice stay. However, it is up two flights of stairs which may not be ideal for some.

Dot is an excellent host - so responsive and really nice! The apartment is nice and comfortable. It is located close to restaurants and easy to get to. This was my second stay with Dot - and it was truly a great experience.

This location was great, it's very convenient to UND and everything in GF. Clean unit, very comfortable, great space, and Chris is very responsive.

It was the perfect weekend getaway! We barely squeezed the F150 in the garage and didn’t need it the rest of the weekend. The condo was beautiful with everything someone could need. The location was perfect with great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The extra touches in the condo were greatly appreciated!
