Holiday rentals with a patio in North Conway

We cannot say enough good things about Zofia’s place! Very clean and organized. Instructions were broken down to the point where we had ZERO questions. This was my partner and I’s first getaway with our 2 1/2 year old. Very toddler friendly! We took lots of walks around the private community, played on the playground and even had a quick drink at the clubhouse. Our kiddo was fighting a fever during our stay so we didn’t get to make it to Storyland or the Aquarium. We were able to drive the Mount Washington Auto Road and that was great! We will be sure to be returning and rebooking AND making it to Storyland/Aquarium for the kiddo. I cannot recommend this location enough!!! Thank you so much!! We can’t wait to return in the very near future

We had a great weekend here! The place is right across from Storyland which was the main purpose of our trip. The unit is just as the pictures depict. It was clean and we had everything we needed. We were traveling with 3 kids under 7 and really enjoyed Mae Kelly’s Cottage for dinner. Would definitely return!

We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

The condition of this place was truly exceptional—easily one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Just five minutes away, there’s a charming little town filled with unique knickknack shops and a lively playground that’s perfect for families with kids. A nearby train station adds to the convenience. Venture a bit further and you’ll find a fun outlet mall, and I’ve heard the skiing and snowboarding during the winter months are absolutely phenomenal. This Airbnb is a must-stay—immaculately clean, thoughtfully equipped, and stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was the upstairs neighbors, who could be a bit noisy. However, after the first night, it becomes easy to tune out. Overall, this is a hidden gem you won’t want to miss. Highly recommended

Eileen's place was very private, quiet and cozy. Beds were comfy and location was only about 15 min from the center of North Conway. We would stay here again!

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Brian was very friendly and approachable, as was Heather. Lots of wood for the fire pit, which we used many times (weather permitting ). We did a lot of cooking our own meals, so only thing I would suggests is bring another small fry pan or two. We plan to book again.

Bright open space in a peaceful, safe location. Felt at home. Teens enjoyed the pool area and rec room/pool tables. Condos are a little dated but are well cared for and tastefully decorated. This unit had an updated kitchen along with a well appreciated washer/dryer. Host was extremely responsive and gave clear, accurate directions and provided helpful tips. Checkout/departure was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home in North Conway this past weekend! Everything was very clean...I run my own cleaning company, so I'm extra picky! The updated finishes were beautifully done and the kitchen was very thoughtfully appointed. We stayed with 3 other adult couples and we all agreed that it has been our favorite air bnb stay to date. The beds were extremely comfortable which was a huge plus. The setting was very peaceful and the floor to ceiling windows made it feel as though we were in a tree house. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Our stay at Bear Cabin was excellent. Everything that was promised and more. I was very comfortable and got great sleep. Hosts were very communicative. Thanks for your part in what was an amazing experience in the White Mountains.

This rental was so peaceful and relaxing. I stayed with my boyfriend, my friend, and her son. We had a very comfortable sleep and made a great breakfast the next morning. We were delighted to find all we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the games provided by the host. I cannot explain how peaceful and quiet our morning was! It was super clean and organized and the instructions were very clear. Brad the host, was so responsive and reliable. We typically do not pay that much for a night stay though booking last minute, it was all that was left and we are not complaining! Summer would be the best time to visit with all of the provided activities.

If you want gorgeous views, chefs kitchen, amazing master sanctuary, and a hot tub with a view to die for… look no further. We easily fit 2 families (total of 7 people) with room to spare. We had tons of games, and everything you could need in the house was provided. TONS of excess storage. If you travel like us, you like a home for all of your stuff- and there was plenty! The mattresses were also amazingly comfortable. Hot tub, grill, fire pit and indoor seating ALL came with the most gorgeous Mountain View’s. The only thing I wish I’d know ahead of time, was that there is not really useable yard space, the deck is very high (so if you’re squeamish little kids-beware of that), and the driveway was gravel so not useable for kids scooters. Given how unbelievably beautiful and well kept everything was, my only disappointment was the landscaping, which may be because it was the start of the season, but certainly didn’t affect our stay! I would hands down come here every time we visit NH!

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

This was one of the cleanest houses we've ever stayed in! It was much bigger than we expected too. Lots of room for the kids to play, the basement was awesome. The house is in the middle of the woods which was fun too. We had a great stay and will be back for sure. Very friendly and accommodating hosts!

Beautiful home in the New Hampshire Mountains. We were here to ski and take in the sites, with success!! Would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Anthony’s place! He’s an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host — replied to my texts within seconds and provided a detailed handbook with everything from check-in instructions to local recommendations (restaurants, parks, and things to do). The condo was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s also very kid-friendly and just a 2-minute drive to Story Land, which was perfect for our trip. Highly recommend staying here — we’d definitely come back!

Great location to walk out the door and go skiing. Condo was very clean. Everyone loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Kitchen was well supplied. The only thing we wished for was maybe a few more hooks to hang all of the ski gear( coats/pants/GS suits…). We had a great stay and would book again!

Great stay, exactly as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the toys in the condo and we were able to walk over to Storyland. Also, the bed in the main bedroom was quite comfortable.

I really can’t say enough, this place was perfect. My wife and I spent our anniversary weekend here, and it was the perfect place. Super clean and well taken care of. The host remembered I told him it was our anniversary, he was very responsive. All around 5 stars.

We had a great weeklong stay with 2 young kids over February vacation. The condo was perfect - comfortable, well-appointed, close to the mountain, and plenty of space to relax and play. Allee is an excellent host - she was very responsive and reached out proactively with helpful information. We loved our stay and plan to return.

Tony was on top of all my questions. My plans changed a couple times and Tony was right there answering my concerns. When I checked in, the electronic locks were recently installed and the front desk was on it until I had a key card that worked. The video that Tony published was fantastic for knowing what to expect. This was my first experience with Air BNB and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tony and Attatash Mountain Resort!!

Great place. Great location. Very clean and updated. Our 2 year old loved all the stuffed toy bears.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!
