The intimate studio includes a new en-suite, a fully equipped kitchenette and a smart TV with on-line content. As our guests, you can enjoy your own sunny courtyard and walk around the gardens. The king single beds can be joined to make a comfortable mega king. A small fold up bed is available for a child to medium height.

You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
