Artfully Renovated Stone House Overlooking the City of Noto

Ancient walls and modern conveniences coexist in peaceful harmony in this architect's house. Glazed doors in the bedrooms and living areas open onto a rolling landscape. Dine alfresco on a sheltered patio and go for a swim in a pool with a view. Le Casuzze is a holiday home which was completed in the summer of 2017 and designed by an architect from Bologna. It is perfectly integrated in the landscape behind the baroque town of Noto, and offers a superb view of the sea, the town and the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Finding a balance between luxury and simplicity is difficult task, which the the architect has mastered incredibly well. The three bedrooms (all of which have a separate en-suite bathroom) have replaced the stables, whilst the living room is placed in the old housing quarters. There where empty space previously separated the two buildings now stands the kitchen. A fourth bathroom is accessible via the living-room. All the rooms are connected with one another and can also be accessed via the outside terraces, which face the south and east respecitively – the former offering a superb panomaric view of the surrounding landscape. The seven-by-seven-meter large pool was designed to resemble a Gebbia: an antique water reservoir; The pool area constituting the transition between the house and the mediterranean Macchia. The entire property is defined by an incredibly calm and harmonious atmosphere and is the perfect place to wind down. Le Casuzze is located on a beautiful ridge behind Noto, overlooking the city and the sea. Take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean scrub from here, undisturbed by the few houses in the neighborhood.

About 45 minute drive from the airport the studio is ideal for walkers, artists, or anyone wanting to escape the hustle of city life. There is a late check-in surcharge of €40 if you arrive after 1830.

Country House between Sea and Baroque

La Bellaria di Sicilia is an old stone barn, restored to become a comfortable country home. It is surrounded by fields with carrob and olive trees, with glimpses of the sea, which is just a few minutes away. The guests's place is a newly restored loft on two levels, with a separate entrance a lovely courtyard facing the fields. Important: Tourist Tax must be paid at check in, the amount is 1,5 Euro day/person The host recognises the State of Palestine. Israelis and Zionist are not welcome.

This house has been meticulously renovated from a 200 year old farm into a magnificent holiday house with modern amenities and private pool. What was originally the mill room is now the living room with sofas and a fireplace for our winter visitors.

In the center of the property is a fourth house where the host lives, who will be happy to personally assist you at any time.

The Little House

The holiday apartment La Casita is located in Adeje, Tenerife, and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The 30 m² apartment is set in an old barn (150 years old) that has been restored and fitted in Nordic style. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a double bed), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
