Halfway between Mont St Michel and the Loire Valley castles! On a hiking trail, you will be comfortably housed in the quiet of the countryside and in complete independence. You will have at your disposal a nice living room with 1 sofa and 1 table, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. You will have a private terrace facing the pastures. Alone, as a couple, with your children or a couple of friends, we will be happy to welcome you and offer you a breakfast with our homemade products.

In the front row to observe the wildlife of the garden, the river, and to take a good bath of greenery!! 70 m2 cottage, terrace opens onto a large wooded and flowery property, detached house, not overlooked. Large 20 m2 living room, bay window, equipped kitchen, master bedroom upstairs and small bedroom, hut type. Ideally located, very quiet, 5 min walk to the city center, 3 km to the sea. Along a bike path, a fishing trail, and at the crossroads of many hikes!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Located on the historic landing beaches, this recent single storey dwelling, attached to the owners' villa has a pleasant living room with fully equipped kitchen, real sofa bed in the living room and 2 spacious bedrooms. Outside, you have a private enclosed garden not overlooked, with a wooden terrace Access to the owners' secure swimming pool heated from May to October (depending on the weather) and to the owners' hot tub from October to May

This place has a lovely view of Mont St Michel and its bay! Admire a changing Mont Saint-Michel bay to the rhythm of the tides, the seasons, and the weather! You will be a 10 minute drive to Mont St Michel and salt meadows with these famous sheep in freedom! Close to the cottage passes the GR 34 hiking trail and the greenway bike that will take you directly to Mont Saint Michel, beaches and clubs of Char à voile

The annex of the old presbytery

You will stay in the annexe of an old Priest's house, by the side of the church in a village between Bayeux and the Normandy War beaches, renovated by the owners, who are a French-English couple. 1st of our 2 cottages located in a 1 ha property (Each cottage has its own listing): Former bakery converted into a 65 m2 detached house with fireplace, full spa (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) ENTIRELY PRIVATE. Bath and hand towels, sheets provided, breakfast at no extra cost (delivered to your door), barbecue (charcoal not provided).

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
