We had a wonderful stay in Penny's Home. it's located in a good and calm neighborhood. Penny was a nice host, with good advices. the room was very clean and cozy. Thank you for the awesome stay.

This home was perfect for my family of 5. The home is located in the heart of Cohasset village surrounded by its great restaurants and shops. The home is spacious, beautifully renovated, and has all the amenities needed - and then some. Erica was a great host and proactively reached out both before and throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Good spot!

Camille’s place was perfect for a group of myself and three friends as a base to explore boston and further afield. The house was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet neighbourhood but had good access to the red line to get into boston. Theres also a small number of nice coffee and drink /food spots just down the road which suited us perfectly. It was exactly what we were looking for and would recommend for anyone who doesn t mind not staying in downtown. Thanks

The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were great!

i’ve stayed at many airbnbs in different states and countries, and this was the best one i’ve stayed at by far. PROS: - charming, historic home that is very clean, well-maintained, and has lots of character - very well stocked: necessities in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen including bathrobe, slippers, facial cleanser, dinnerware, tupperware, and lots of storage - lovely west-facing windows w a small reading nook in the windowsill! - quiet, verdant, walkable, historically black neighborhood with many parks and gardens nearby - short walk to the metro CONS: - the water in the shower didn’t get to scalding hot levels like i usually like, but this wasn’t a big deal at all if i’m ever in boston again, i would absolutely stay here. this airbnb singlehandledly restored my faith in airbnbs.

This is a fantastic spot. Very quiet inside and out. Seems like a new property for the owners and so its in the process of getting better. That being said, there was nothing out of place. VERY clean. Great location for coffee, lunch, dinner or just relaxing since it is across from the Arnold Arboretum. If you want to cook there and home it up, its not ready for that. Stove and dishes and pans all immaculate but not a lot of counter space yet. Beds were VERY comfortable and great linens. I told the owner that I've be back and I meant it. Close to the city yet in a very quiet and relaxing place. Thank you Leigh for making our weekend so wonderful.

Great location at a great price. Needed a last minute place to stay and David was very responsive and attentive.

Ms. Minnie hosting skills are excellent. The place is warm and inviting. My family visit was for our daughter’s graduation I told Ms. Minnie our reason for visiting she was so thoughtful a basket congratulating our daughter was our welcome from her! 10 out of 10! We will most definitely visit again.

This was a fantastic space! Beautifully decorated. Comfortable and very clean! I had expected to hear city noise all night, but it was so quiet! This bedrooms fit our large group easily although the dining room and living room were understandably a bit tight for us. Absolutely not a deal breaker and it was still very comfortable. It was so easy to use the public transportation from the house. Just a short walk to the station made downtown accessible and fun for our whole group. We will definitely be back next time we come to Boston!

Angel is very accommodating to my parents who are visiting the US. She ensured a smooth check in for them, and gave them many advice on places to visit around Boston. I highly recommend her place.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. Each of us had our own BR and the 2 full baths were perfect for the 4 of us. Sonny was very responsive and we felt right at home. There are lots of nice touches, including snacks upon our arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Anda’s place is bright, light, spacious, and super clean. It looks like it’s been recently updated and has very high quality finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Everything is pretty and functions well. The location is also excellent. We brought a car and appreciated the parking permit provided. In every way this place is at the top of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It was a real pleasure to stay here and I highly recommend it!
