My house was built in 2009 and are situated 3 km. from the citycentre in a quiet neighborhood. A delicate home on two floors, with plenty of space. In my house I have a private room, with a small kitchen, a large bathroom, a double bed and a private entrance. The room is 17 sqm. And the bathroom is 9 sqm. Lillehammer is a small city in Norway, ideal in both summer and winter. Only 160 km. from the main airport you can enjoy fresh air, the mountains and the many outdoor activities. Cozy cabin perfectly located in a winter/summer country. You can sit on the porch to see the cross country stadium, to walk straight out in the Birkebeiner track or out on great hiking trails. Short distance to Kiwi, sports shop, pub and restaurant. There is a safe and nice walking path straight from the cabin. Otherwise, there are a lot of activities happening during the year. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/ freezer / dishwasher. The bathroom contains combined washing machine/dryer. Gas grill and O guy available. Apple TV and fiber.

On the west side, there is a short distance to both alpine and cross-country skiing. There is a short distance to several restaurants and après-ski. In the summer, we have great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike that can be rented. With a half hour drive you reach several attractions like Hunderfossen in the south and Fron water park in the north. Bjønnlitjønnvegen 45 offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. After a day of activities, you can relax in the spacious kitchen or in the living room, both with spectacular views.

The farm is located about 10 km from the center of Lillehammer(not walking distance)with a great view of southern part of Lillehammer. The apartment is on the top floor of the main house and contains 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with sleeping alcove and a large living room where some space can be converted into a sleeping alcove. There are opportunities to make use of the garden and outdoor area. We have 6 chickens and 2 cats.
