Fantastic home with pool!

A fantastic great home located in a quiet area, with a great view. The place is centrally located on Vinterbro within walking distance to shopping center, bus to Oslo and 2 min to highway E6/E18. Tusenfryd is only 5 minutes away. The house is new in 2023 and has all the amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, 4 bathrooms/WC, large terrace with outdoor grill, TV, wifi as well as all appliances, etc. The house has 6 fixed sleeping places: 1 master bedroom + 4 single bedrooms. If necessary, it is possible to add a camping bed in the TV room.

Kom tett på naturen med et opphold på "Knatten" i enkle og koselige omgivelser. Her har du skogen som nærmeste nabo og vannet «Langen» et steinkast unna. I området her er det flotte turområdet uansett når på året du måtte oppholde deg her. Her er det et enkelt kjøkken, to soveplasser, brennedo og bålpanne. "Knatten" ligger ca 6 min unna Krokhol, 12 min til Oslogrensen og 7 min til matbutikk med bil. Det er ca 3 min å gå ned til vannet Langen, og 20 min å gå til busstopp.

Villaen har en stor privat hage med egen brygge og nydelig utsikt ut over Kolbotnvannet. Hagen har flere uteplasser hvor man kan nyte solen fra tidlig morgen til sen kveld. Plassen foran huset har en stor sittegruppe og spisebord med plass til 12. For barna finnes det bla trampoline Huset et bygget i 1919 og totalrenovert i 2015, og tilbyr alt det man kan forvente av en moderne bolig. Store soverom, store sosiale soner, store vinduer og moderne fasiliteter.
