A small, cozy one-bedroom apartment (26 sqm) on the top floor of the townhouse in Majorstuen, towards Fagerborg. Very central to everything, but at the same time a safe and calm neighborhood. The apartment is bright and cozy, and has a nice southwest facing balcony that goes into a quiet backyard. It's sunny for much of the day, when the season allows! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is knocked out from the wall (note: This is heavy!). With a knocked out bed, there will be a cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.

Shopping center is in 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, where you will find, among other things, a grocery store, pharmacy and Wine Monopoly. Walkway straight into Nordmarka and down to Oslo city centre from the apartment.

For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.
