Our sunny and spacious holiday flat "Auszeit" is located in the middle of the Ries recreation area, on the very edge of the beautiful, quiet village of Löpsingen, directly on the "Romantic Road". From there, hiking and cycling paths lead off in all directions. In only three kilometres you can reach Nördlingen, whose historic old town can be completely circumnavigated on the intact town wall with its towers. Various restaurants, cafés and shops invite you to stroll and linger.

Alternatively, sleeping on the ground floor is also possible. A small bathroom with bathtub completes the offer. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and nature.

Elation Homes presents the second high-quality apartment in the city center of the romantic old town of Oettingen. The apartment is right in the center, so you can walk to the marketplace in just 50 meters. At the marketplace you will find beautiful cafes, bakeries or restaurants. Directly adjacent to the market square you will find a beautiful park with numerous seating and accommodation options. A supermarket is also only 600 meters away.

The flat is located at the edge of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Nestled between shady forests and expansive dirt roads, you will find with my apartment a place where modern comfort meets the originality of country life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

The central location is absolutely perfect to explore the city and to be enchanted by the many beautiful places of interests of Nördlingens historic center. All places of interests, museums, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance.

The large south-facing balcony has an awning and presents a beautiful panoramic view of forest, meadows and the Riegelberg. It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.
