The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. Come stay for a relaxing getaway! This cabin is only 100 feet away from the Guadalupe River, with a beautiful deck to watch the river and many birds among other wildlife. The cabin is hotel room sized, with one bathroom and a small kitchen in the corner. The cabin is elevated on stilts, so there are stairs at the entrance and off the back deck. Good access to river, with a small deck where you can launch a kayak or canoe. Bring your water shoes and fishing poles too!

The house is away from the road and just outside of town. It allows for a peaceful environment to relax during your stay. A modern RV in the middle of nowhere. A 27 ft. RV sits on 1 acre right on the San Antonio River. Enjoy fishing and just relaxing in a quite outdoor setting.
