Huset har 64 kvm. velindrettet beboelse fordelt på to etager. Der er to terrasser og et græsareal med den smukkeste udsigt mod hav og skov. 15 min. gang til en hyggelig havn med restauranter, caféer og indkøbsmuligheder. Der er ikke langt til Grenaa centrum der har et stort udbud af butikker, caféer, restauranter og kulturoplevelser.

Stort velutstyrt fritidshus på usjenert tomt nær skog og strand. Ligger ved enden av veien og derfor Ingen biltrafikk, meget egnet for barn. Bright and newly renovated 24 sqm apartment in a quiet area with a view over Grenaa town. It is a 7-minute walk to the center of Grenaa. The tea kitchen can be used for light dishes. The apartment is connected to our house, which has its own entrance to the apartment and its own bathroom. The distance to Grenaa beach is 5.8 km, Djurs Sommerland is only 22 km away from Grenaa.
