The area is a great location for seeing the Northern Lights and Arctic animals. Here, you can fish in the fjord, which is covered in ice for six months of the year, go hiking in the surrounding area, or drive into Tromsø, which takes about 30 minutes. "The View" is the name of the place and it lives up to the name. The cabin is located on the farm "Sollia", which has been in the family for several generations. Here you have direct access to nature and the surroundings on foot, by bike or on skis. Little light pollution, a spacious porch and lovely garden. Here you can swim in the Skogsfjordvannet in the summer or take an ice fishing trip in the winter. Maybe you want a challenge to climb "Nondagstind"? If you want both peace and quiet and urban amenities, Tromsø city is only an hour's drive away.

Idyllic cabin in the Lyngen Alps

Lyngen is one of the world's most beautiful and undisturbed Arctic regions. From this exclusive cabin you can enjoy the northern lights in the winter and the midnight sun in the summer. The cabin is by itself, with a spectacular view. You can hear and see the ocean from the terrace. You need to walk up 140 stairs to the cabin, or walk the access road. You can be a bit shocked by the steepness, but it's worth it :) You can not drive up so you have to be a bit sporty to rent this place.
