Aaron's Riverfront—Luxury Retreat Right by Beach

Free Kayaks, bikes, paddleboard, picnic equipment & unlimited Wi-Fi are included in this spectacular fully-airconditioned apartment. Pick up the kayaks or paddleboard and head for the beach directly over the road. Or, watch the action on the river through the living room's wide bay window, as well as from the bedroom and dining area. Use the bikes to explore further afield or relax with Netflix on the Smart TV, or on a lounge by the pool. There's no undercover parking but there are 3 outside visitor parks (the garage houses the watersports gear but could accommodate a small car or small boat). The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard. The bedrooms all have built in robes and drawers. The furniture is all high quality as is the linen and towels. We also provide beach/pool towels for guests to use but we ask that these be washed prior to departure. Located in a complex comprising two buildings, our apartment is in the front building on the first floor, set back from the front. This means minimal traffic noise but you will see from the photos that the lounge, dining and master bedroom have amazing water views. The building has 5 apartments only. The communal swimming pool is located at the rear of the property behind the other building. The living/dining area has an air-conditioner (heater in winter) and all rooms have ceiling fans. Guests are welcome to use our 4 bikes, 4 kayaks and paddle-board at their own risk and subject to signing a waiver/indemnity form. You're also welcome to use the picnic set and beach chairs. And we have a selection of games and books for when you're feeling less energetic. There is a travel cot and umbrella pram available for guests with a toddler. The keys will be available from a lock-box at the property. We will provide details the day before arrival. The building is set back from the road, so there's minimal traffic noise and maximum privacy. Located in a prime position on Gympie Terrace, everything you will need is close at hand - a multitude of cafes, restaurants, bars and recreation activities.
