It is located on a small-scale holiday park on the Leekstermeer. Within a 50-meter walk, you can enter or access the lake. Right next to the park is the beautiful nature reserve De Onlanden. And with 30 minutes of cycling, you are in the middle of the city center of the fun city of Groningen. The house has a lovely terrace with its own sauna (wood-fired). Unique!

We offer our spacious, family-friendly property as a holiday home. A unique place, a beautiful, privately located garden with fantastic views over the countryside and the cows. A well-stocked games cupboard and, if there are children, toys for both indoor and outdoor play. With a living room, kitchen and conservatory, there's always a nice spot for you to relax. *Accommodation is available for quiet groups and families (28+ / upon request)! This is not the place for a youth holiday! Thank you for your understanding.

But you can also use my house to work quietly in an inspiring location in the middle of nature. At night, the entire forest garden is beautifully and subtly lit. Het vakantiehuis is zo gesitueerd dat u, ondanks zijn aanwezigheid op afstand, helemaal vrij zit. In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen, wandelen, vogels spotten en kanoën, in Roden is een 9-holes golfbaan.

A bright living room with large dining table, kitchen, oak floor, wood stove, underfloor heating and a double sofa bed. There are two cool bedrooms with king size bed. The master bedroom has a bed of 220 cm long. The private garden on the southwest has a dining table and igloo greenhouse, where you can sit comfortably (even in the evening). Unobstructed view.

A women's and men's bicycle are at your disposal. The city of Groningen is 10 minutes away by car and in the middle of a nature reserve with beautiful hiking and cycling areas. The property is fenced.
