5 star place. The host was super responsive and proactive - check-in details were clear. The flat is spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. The condo has super amenities (the pool and gym are on the 12th floor and rarely busy). The restaurant downstairs is decent and can deliver up to the room. There is a 7/11 and great massage place within 5 mins walk. The area is a little far from main points of interest but the value absolutely makes up for it. They are building up a lot in the area and I reckon it will be awesome in 6 months time. I would happily stay there again and recommend it.

This condominium is conveniently located near Thonglor BTS station (less than 5-min. walking). I used the BTS Skytrain to get to the Asok, Phrom Phong, and Ekamai areas. Those well-known restaurants, bars, and clubs are nearby as well. The host, Y, was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. I would stay this place again.

amazing, however please be aware of laws in the kingdom concerning air b n bs so that youre not blindsided...Gocce was very informative and was up front and knowledgeable about laws concerning condo rentals.. her place is amazing...phenomenal views

Were privileged to rent this condominium, complete furnishings, good bed, full bathroom with (rain)shower, and bath......and beautiful view of the chaopraya! And then the pool on the 6th floor, really beautiful! There was also a complete gym,.....but did not use it. Free boat service to the other side included. Nath is a superhost!, always responded immediately to questions and immediately thought along in solutions and arranged it! We have been to Bangkok several times, but this time it was completely top! With this I also want to mention the staff, such as the ladies of the cleaning, security for their work, kindness and service orientation, nothing was too much for them!! We had a great time and really can't think of what could be better,.....again Mr. Nath, thank you so much for the hospitality!!

The perfect place to stay in Bangkok! Well located apartment with great facilities including a washing machine, an on-site gym and a small convenience store in the building. The host was so kind and helpful, and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us!

Super convenient to get in town which is close to Sam Yaek Bang Yai, loved having drinks machine called Tao bin, 7-11 machine and washing and dry machine on the ground floor. Very friendly and kind host. I was also offered for late check out.

Though the apartment might seem small it is actually nice and cozy with a great view on a cityscape right from where you sleep and with all the essentials you might need in place. The location is great as different transportation means and a couple of malls are available nearby. Nie and her father were very responsive and our requests were addressed in a timely manner. We had a wonderful time in Bangkok. After our vacation in Koh Samui we stayed in Bangkok for 3 days. The accommodation was close to the metro station (BTS), so we could easily go to all places. The apartment is on the 25th floor, so it is rather quiet and we had a wonderful view of the city of Bangkok. There is a supermarket near the apartment and many places to eat. We enjoyed our stay in Bangkok and would highly recommend this host.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

The location is a bit far from popular shopping centers, but the atmosphere is quite quiet & comfortable. The check-in process is very easy. The room facilities are very complete, especially the kitchen facilities. All kitchen equipment is complete, there is a refrigerator and an electric stove. The room is very aesthetic, the bed is very comfortable. I felt very at home during my 6-day stay at Bee House. The owner is quite responsive when there are problems in the room. Will stay here again if I go to Bangkok.

This onsen in this house is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The house was clean, calming, and beautifully set up. The location is perfect, just a short walk to cafes and shops and BTS, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was super kind family, making our stay even more enjoyable, very responsive and always helpful in anything you want to do in this city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and serene stay in Bangkok.

I visited Bangkok with my co-workers. I've traveled to Bangkok several times, but I was a little worried because it was my first time using an Airbnb accommodation... but all my worries disappeared when I entered the accommodation. I was able to have a happy trip due to the clean room condition and space. I sincerely thank the host Eugene. I'll visit again if I get the chance later. Be happy

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!
