The place is walkable to the Impact Arena (around 1.5 km) and easy to grab taxi or bike taxi to get to the place. Would recommend to anyone who want to attend the events at the Impact Arena. There are 7-11 and restaurants in the area. The house is spacious enough for 5 of us. We enjoyed our time here.

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Siamo stati i primi ospiti di questo Airbnb. Non faccio recensioni lunghe di solito, ma in questo caso devo fare i complimenti perché veramente tutto è stato perfetto. L'host è veramente gentile insieme a sua sorella, ci hanno accolto, spiegato tutto e rimasti disponibili insieme alla persona che li ha aiutati. Abbiamo avuto due imprevisti e li hanno subito risolti. Le 4 camere e i 4 bagni sono perfetti. La piscina è straordinaria. La living room perfetta per pranzare/cenare/guardare un film/giocare a biliardo in tante persone. Hai la possibilità di fare il barbecue (molto bello) e abbiamo apprezzato che nella casa ci fossero delle spezie per cucinare oltre che tutto il necessario. È molto bello il fatto di poter cucinare fuori, restando comunque al coperto al riparo dalla pioggia. Non sei nel centro città ovviamente, la zona è un poco fuori dal centro città ma comunque vicino a te a 10 minuti a piedi si trovano negozi e supermercati. Nel caso puoi spostarti con Grab. 5 stelle !!!

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

The place is very comfortable and feels like home. will surely book next time we get back to Thailand! easy access to the city and lots of food stalls nearby.

Sommart's place is walking distance to the malls (MBK Center, Siam Paragon). Sommart's unit is very big. Quite a few halal eateries that you can go to or Grab.

Kavin and his staff were extremely helpful. From allowing me to change units due to outside issues, and helping me have a package delivered to the location. Would definitely recommend this location and host to anyone staying. The staff was extremely proactive and assisted with any and everything that came up.

This was the perfect house for my group of friends (8) during our annual international holiday. The house matched the description and felt like home. The location is a 3 min walk from The Big C supermarket and 15 min walk to the mall. The group was very responsive when we reached out for information and/or concerns. They were nice enough to not only offer us an early check-in but also a late checkout. If we are ever back in Bangkok we hope this beautiful home is available for our stay.

Samornrat war unheimlich hilfsbereit und antwortet sofort, wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten, den Ort zum Airbnb zu finden und mit ihrer Hilfe war dies kein Problem, auch zu späteren Stunden. 🙏 Das Reihenhaus hat wirklich alles, ist sehr gepflegt und in einem bewachten wohn-komplex! Hier ist es gut, wenn man mobil ist, oder auch gerne mal 30 Minuten läuft, um zum nächst gelegenen Ort zu kommen. Für mich war dies ein morgendlicher Spaziergang … Klare Empfehlung, wenn man sich von den Trubel in Bangkok zurückziehen möchte ❣️ Danke für alles 🙏🤗

Whenever my family and I are in Thailand we would stay at Vina's place. It is in a very nice location. There's a weekday market downstairs with fresh food and fruits among other things. It is very near the metro, and very easy to get grab taxi. Many nice eating places around. It is also near a 711 and mc Donald's. The staff in the building are all very polite and helpful. They give off a feeling of welcome everytime we pass by. The unit itself is very comfortable, spacious and it has everything one could possibly need. Thank you to my hosts for hosting us again. Till our next Thailand trip.

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!
