We have been vacationing at Arpoador Beach for approximately 42 years and in this location we sought a space to accommodate our closest families and celebrate a special date and event. That was the 2nd time we stayed at Pablo's place, and just like the 1st, it was great. Quiet region, close to the beach, market, bakery and ice cream shop.

Great house! Super complete, well equipped and super well located in the condominium! Condomio with infrastructure perfect for families and children(courts, swimming pools, children's playgrounds, lake...) It is close to the beach( about 5 blocks walking). And has a support point on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas! I would own a lot of considerate!

Mr. Aírton and Mrs. Sirlei were very flexible with check-in and check-out. The AP is fantastic, a beautiful view. It has two great parking spaces, including a truck, and it is not necessary to take the car out for anything. If I had to give a score, it wouldn't be 10, it would be 11. Perfect So, if it's possible, we'll definitely be back. Thank you very much for making your property available.

The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and it also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.

We spent two incredible days, warmed by a wood stove and fireplace! It was great to renew energy, create moments with the children. I recommend this cottage, very attentive host.

We spent an amazing weekend at the Chalet. Access to the place is very easy. Much of the road is paved and 3km of dirt, but without many potholes. We went with a low car (onix) and it was very quiet. The chalet is close to the Dodô Restaurant and Morro da Borussia, about 10 minutes. We have nothing to say about the structure, everything is impeccable and extremely clean. Kitchen with all the utensils for a weekend. Good quality bedding. Hydromassage for one person, working perfectly. The view is too beautiful and the place has unparalleled peace. We took our dog and she loved it and explored the place, since it's all fenced in! Anyway, we only have compliments for the Chalet and Gabriella! We'll definitely be back!

Bah! What a house, what a perfect place! The house is full of care and details! It was the end of May and we got a little cold, so we used the wood stove directly. I didn't want to leave the house, to enjoy the silence and the sounds of nature! What peace! But, we went to do the trail of the source of the Rio dos Sinos. It's a spectacle! We came back and had a divine bath! Downstairs, there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. On the second floor, the bedroom with 2 beds and a toilet, in addition to the balcony with a spectacular view. The house is full of windows to contemplate nature. Excellent quality water! There are books, games and a hammock to use on the balcony! Well covered, in addition to bed and bath linen. It has everything! We received a visit from 2 cats from the neighbor (they have an owner, don't take them!!), sweethearts, beautiful and affectionate! The neighbour, Eliani, is a sweetheart and always has homemade products, such as bread, cheese, and cakes. This place is a paradise and we will definitely return! Great stay. João always responded very quickly and with clear information. The house is simple, but very comfortable, had all the necessary utensils, beach accessories, complete bathrooms with great shower, very good refrigerator, microwave and even washing machine. The impeccable location by the sea, three blocks from the main where it had markets, butcher shop and beverage distributor. Safe house, with closed patio and great space to accommodate 6 people as the listing says. We will definitely be coming back very soon. Experiences was great, no negativity scoring 🩵🩵

The view is beautiful, the hut is very comfortable, the towels and bedding are very smelling. The hut is to the extent for those who wish to spend a few days in tranquility, enjoying nature. The access to the restaurants, waterfalls are super accessible. The host is super available. Dica: have breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the river, there is no price! The stay was great!
