Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Noci

We had a nice stay, located in the center of Monopoli, within walking distance of various restaurants and attractions. The place was not difficult to find and we were given clear instructions and tips in advance where you can park your car for free. You get a typical stay in a 4-storey home with turnstiles which may not be easy for people who are not able to walk. It was very neat and especially the roof terrace was wonderful to start your day in the morning with a coffee.

It was such a pleasure to spend time at your very tasteful designed, newly renovated house. It has a lot of thoughtful touches and a cozy atmosphere. Located in the city centre made it easy to explore history, shops, life music and restaurants. I truly appreciated how welcome and comfortable you made us feel. It had all the amenities I needed. It was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and it made it feel like a dream vacation to me. Thank you again for being such a gracious and accommodating host. I’m so grateful for all the parking help and follow ups. I would gladly recommend your place to others and would love to stay again if I’m ever back in the area. Cheers, Angie

Martino’s house is really beautiful, super clean and he prepared us dinner on our arrival which was awesome. We were not lucky around the weather but the house was warm always to keep us warm in the cold. Location is in between Locorotondo and Martina Franca, closer to Locorotondo. You will need a car! And you can go to all the nice places in max 1 hour. I believe Martina’s house would be much more enjoyable during summer period where you can enjoy the outdoor sitting.

Holger was a great host, his communications were prompt & helpful. The house is beautifully furnished & equipped. Great location just a short walk to the centre & all the amenities.

Excellent location. Helpful and responsive host. Great views of the water. Comfortable bed and big kitchen. Quirky layout with lots of rooms. Bathrooms are small. We enjoyed our stay.

we liked the place just the building is a little dated we felt at home in Nicola Apartment and Nicola is a great host

The beds were glorious! Only stayed for less than a day since we just wanted to see a bit of Polignano A Mare before our flight out of Italy but would definitely recommend staying at Domenico's place for a longer stay. There is a fish munger right around the corner that gave us our best meal of our trip as well which was a bonus!

Super apartment close to the city center (10 min walk), also partly free parking in side streets, Tatiana gave us helpful tips on parking, fast communication, goodies in the room, quiet location

Very nice place, clean, spacious. very big balcony with nice sea view. you can acces the sea( rocky shore )through a door in the backyard.

I recommend 100% the accommodation offered by Erasmina. She is a welcoming and attentive host, Erasmina was available from start to finish of our stay. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The place is peaceful. I just advise not to drive there (Erasmina will give you all the necessary information). Don't hesitate, choose this place:)

We had an amazing stay. We're a family of four (with 10-year and eight-year olds) and it worked well for us being a five minute walk from the historic town and the alcove beaches. It was also a great jumping off point for us getting to other sites around Puglia. There was always free street parking available, within one block of the apartment (we visited in April). Vittorio, who was in touch with us from an apartment management perspective, was so helpful with sight-seeing, restaurant and beach recommendations. He was responsive and proactive, so we're very thankful.

I would say without surprises! Everything matches what was described, the house inside is essential, the veranda is the real plus of the house! If I can give a tip, I would add some kitchen accessories, a grater, a pair of scissors, two extra coffee cups. But I'm glad I chose this house that I will definitely consider for a future trip to Ostuni.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, brand new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly. Anna was a wonderful host – she gave us plenty of helpful recommendations and was always ready to assist if we needed anything. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. Our host was a happy and friendly guy. He was waiting for us when we arrived which I always like, ready to show us around. A huge amount of delicious nibbles awaited. Sweet place, very spacious, with a courtyard and private entrance. Everything you need to prepare meals. Lovely bathroom with great water pressure. A few minutes walk to the old town and fortress (which was outstanding). The main mall is a 10-15min walk away boasting great shopping, cafes, restaurants and the Marina a further 5 mins. We loved Bari and there's plenty of trains to take you to other well known places along the coast, they're around 30mins by train. We easily walked between the station and accommodation with our cases, but taxis etc available outside the station.

Great apartment! The distance to the old town is about 20 minutes and is within walking distance. We had a rental car and wanted to make sure we always just find a parking spot and not have to look downtown. That worked out great. Through the footpath to the old town you can also get to know other neighborhoods of Bari! Also very interesting! Thank you, it was a great stay!

A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!

Spacious, nice apartment with a great balcony where you could spend mornings with the coffee or evenings with the glass of wine. Location is very central and walkable to all main areas. Coffee bar next to the door serves delicious Italian breakfast. Jhonny and Davide were communicative and supportive. We are glad to stay there and looking forward to coming back again.
