No-frills basic place, but instilled with love. 14 mq, 150 sqft, just renovated, parquet floor, cozy single bed, 100x60cm wardrobe, AC, heating system, table and chair as a workspace or eating place, microwave & fridge, bathroom with 100x70cm shower. The studio is located inside a medical center, but it retains its privacy, since it has its security door and nothing is shared.

The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Take advantage of the opportunity to dine outdoors in the outdoor area, perfect for relaxing. The apartment is newly renovated and equipped with underfloor heating with thermostats in every room. In addition, you have the Lupo Alberto restaurant, just 30 meters away: lunches and dinners without going too far.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

Giuliana's Country House

Immersed in the green Abruzzo countryside, a 30-minute drive from the sea and the mountains. This house is ideal for getting away from the hectic city routine and enjoying the typical dishes of the Abruzzo tradition nearby. The house is structured on a large ground floor and a second floor for the secondary bedroom. The house can only be booked for short stays, up to 30 days.
