Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nobby Beach

Tony was a brilliant host, gave so much useful information and was very responsive with any queries we had. The house is absolutely fantastic, the view is absolutely stunning and beautiful to wake up to. Would visit again!

Very nice and relaxing space for small families, especially for us after a long flight. Nataliya was very nice and helpful with quick responses and tips around the area.

Could have felt more like home and Mandy was diligent about checking in and was very responsive. Centrally located nearby Nobby and Mermaid, so very easy to get around. The accommodations were great and made a two week trip so easy. Many thanks for great hospitality and the house. Totally trivial in the grand scheme, but just a helpful hint to others, the markings for the stove burners and oven have worn and make cooking a little adventurous, so start slow and feel your way around with some trial and error. Because of our stay duration we cooked ourselves a few times and everything worked great. Totally irrelevant if you're dining out or getting take away. It was our first trip to AUS and Mandy made us feel very welcome.

We found this place very well presented, with everything you could want to make your stay comfortable from laundry to kitchen and relaxing in the lounge or on the front porch.

The house was very average for the price and I wasn’t thrilled with the bunk bed situation, but the kitchen and common space was great with a fantastic view and walk right out to the beach! That part made up for the bedrooms. The showers were also great! It rained the whole time but pushing open the sliding doors and looking out to that view was so peaceful. Kelly was a wonderful host!

We had a great two night stay here. Great location, big secure backyard for the dogs and the beach and local bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

We had a lovely stay at David's space in Mermaid Beach. The location was perfect, less than a 1min walk from the beach and a 10min walk to the heart of Broadbeach where there are restaurants and plenty of activities. The private pool was a lovely bonus that we unfortunately didn't get to enjoy due to some bad weather. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would stay again!

Beautiful place, peaceful and cozy and the food at beach hotel next door is 10/10

wow we're do i start, we had an amazing time staying at Anita's beautiful home in Miami. her apartment was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed (she even got our favourite Teabags in). there was plenty of toys for my daughter to play with. the train set was a huge hit. Anita's provided a portacot, highchair, beach buggy and lots of other amenities for us while we were there. I didn't need to bring anything with me, which helped as I was travelling on my own with my daughter for the first time. Anita even met me at the apartment and helped me in with my bags which was a massive help and was so lovely to meet her in person. Thankyou so much again Anita's for having us, we will definitely be back again 💕

The apartment gets ample sunlight, we went in june so it was nice to get sun in the morning Tram stop is about 5 mins walk and so is easy to travel by public transport even late at night. The apartment was well kept and clean. We had asked for an extra mattress for the kid, which was provided with sheets

I booked this apartment for family, and they had an excellent stay. The apartment was clean, well-appointed and matched the listing description and photos. The facilities - pool, gym and BBQ area were all top-notch and easily accessible. Communication with the host was exceptional; they were responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

Josie was so helpful - such clear instructions! The resort was a lot of fun, and the kids loved the Splash Zone in particular. Everything was very clean and comfortable in the unit, and it was very conveniently located for the pool, resort exit and a BBQ area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Self check in was easy to access, apartment was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. Amenities in the hotel building were lovely; pool, spa, sauna and gym. The location was perfect, close to endless cafes, activities and the beach. No parking available on site however ample overnight parking available at Bruce Bishop Carpark less than 5 minute walk away and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location with beautiful views over the beach. The unit is clean and well laid out, the extra little touches of fresh bread, croissants, milk etc were very thoughtful. The hosts were warm and super responsive to queries. Highly recommend this lovely property for a relaxing beach escape!

Edwin and Vivianna have a wonderful apartment near lots of restaurants and the main shopping centre, Pacific Fair. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on the Gold Coast :)

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Di and Nick’s place was perfect. Beautiful views and spotlessly clean. So easy to get to and from the airport by bus. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Aaron’s place was great. Beds were comfy, you’ll feel right at home. It has an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It’s close to the beach and shops. We had an awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay—the view was stunning, the place was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful, especially during check-in. One issue we encountered was that the TV browser had visible pornographic search history, which was inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. It would be great if the TV could be reset between guests. Overall, a great stay—9/10!
