Built in 2019, the house with all amenities is located in a valued summer area, in the middle of a pine forest. 1 km away from Roosta holiday village, where there is a restaurant, adventure park, outdoor bar, parking lot, public sandy beach. The house has a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a sauna front room, a shower room, a steam room and a toilet. In addition, on the second floor there is a room with a balcony with a separate entrance. Use of the hot tub for an additional fee (with prior notice, price and conditions by agreement).

Jacuzzi hot water is waiting for you no matter the time and time of year, always warm up to 35ºC. Sauna and jacuzzi are included. There is also a BBQ and BBQ charcoal is on our side.
