Minútu od bývania sú aj malé potraviny. 10 minút pešo od bytu je nákupné centrum Mlyny. Byt je kompletne prerobený a zariadený so všetkými spotrebičmi. Práčka, rúra, mikrovlnná rúra, umývačka riadu, rýchlovarná kanvica, elektrický sporák, chladnička, mraznička.
