Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nishinari Ward

Exceeds my expectations, very good room, each room is quite large, close to the supermarket, 711, convenient to buy things, I bought beef in the supermarket and cooked hot pot in the living room, very happy❤

I visited with my parents, the three of us, and my parents' satisfaction was so good! It's quiet and peaceful, probably because it's a short walk from the center of Dotonbori and a little away from the main street. And there's a supermarket nearby, so I used it cheaply instead of a convenience store!

Muneo-san exceeded our expectations of a host and we were extremely pleased with our time spent here in Osaka. The location has abundant food and drinks options within walking distance, plenty of convenient stores, easy access to public transit (and therefore, Dotonbori), and is incredibly close to Osaka Castle. The space itself was perfect for rest after enjoying the city as it was spacious, spotless, and outfitted with comfortable furniture and modern amenities. We loved our time here and without a doubt, would come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Osaka!

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

Nice clean cozy little apartment about 10 min walk south/southwest of Namba. Host is very warm and has welcoming. The wifi was insanely fast and the AC worked well. Appreciated the washing machine and the drying ability in the bathroom. Perfect for one or two people to explore Osaka.

The homestay owner was very friendly and quick to respond.The overall environment is clean, comfortable, spacious.Four girls are very satisfied, transportation is close to the subway station, large families are also suitable for the price, not expensive, recommended for everyone❤️

We felt at home in Tony’s place. He met us at the station, helped with the bags and at checkout brought us to the bus station. He gave recommendations and tips and was very responsive before and during our stay. We will book this place again on our next trip to Osaka.

The B&B is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the train station, and the environment is also quiet.The house is clean and well equipped, there are no disadvantages, it would be better if there were two showers.In addition, the owner's response is also very quick, and he tries to help us with some additional requirements.We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.

Shinichi’s place is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures. It was very large and fit our group of six with space to spare. It was really nice having three showers and it made get out door in the morning really quick. The main shower room was amazing with a large variety of complimentary toiletries and a large supply of clean towels. We loved having the elevator for our luggage as it made getting it up to the third floor easy. The we’re subway stops close by so getting around was quick and convenient. Shinichi’s place was spotless and we’d love to stay there again on another trip to Osaka.

Most Airbnb that I have stayed at over the years have mostly been older homes that have seen better days, but this place was brand new. It was very comfortable which is important when traveling. Everything was exceptional. The property is very modern, the living area is large and the bedrooms were spacious. Kinka was a great accommodating host and communicated with us quickly and pleasantly. The closest train station, a 30 second walk, has trains that come every 30 minutes if you walk 10 min you can get to a bigger station. We would go out of our way to stay there again.

We had a nice stay at this place. The only thing we didn’t anticipate was that one of the bedroom (tatami room) was next to the living room with no doors. I think it was said at the details but we weren’t able to check it more clearly. But overall we enjoyed the stay, loved the place and highly recommend it!

We had a party of 7. (6 Adults,1 Toddler) This home was extremely comfortable for our size. Everyone had plenty of space and it was very roomy! I can not recommand this place enough for larger groups visiting japan. I will definetly be coming back! Everyting was very clean and brand new! The washer and dryer were a HUGE blessing. The couch is way comfy and the whole living room has a great vibe to relax after a long day! Even though it is close to a large road we didn't hear it once in our stay or during the night, Very quite! Once again i can not recommand enough! Host was very easy to talk too, great communication and even gave food recommandations to make our stay even better!

It was a short stay of two days on the weekend, and it was a tour of special soldiers, so it was not long in the time of the B&B.But! The house is very nice and can be seen that the homeowner has a lot of small design details that make people feel welcoming.And it is very clean, the stay is very comfortable ~ I will have the opportunity to recommend it to friends\ (////)\

The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect – everything is within easy reach, including Dotonbori and public transportation. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. It had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, which were very convenient. A big thank you to our host Bi, who was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. We especially appreciated his help with carrying our luggage. When we’re back in Germany, we’ll fondly remember our time in Osaka.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Aoi was an amazing host and was very responsive! The place felt very cozy and was in the heart of Osaka. It was very convenient to get to other destinations and the place overall was very nice to stay at!
