This is a modern, two-story, wooden, newly built detached house. It is located in a quiet residential area adjacent to the National Seaside Park. About 2.7 km from JR Nishidosaki Station (SAITOZAKI) and Nishidosaki Ferry Terminal, about 5 minutes by car.(There is also a bus from Nishidosaki Station).The nearest bus stop is Ohdake, and it is a 3-minute walk to the house. On the first floor, there is a living room, a 6-tatami Japanese-style room, a dining kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor, there are three Western-style bedrooms and a toilet. It can accommodate 2 people on the 1st floor, 6 people on the 2nd floor, and up to 8 people. There is a parking lot (3 cars), and it is suitable for families on weekends and holidays. It is a 5-minute walk to the convenience store, Seven Eleven.There is a golf course (18 holes), a restaurant, and a seafood restaurant within walking distance.If you stretch your legs a bit, you can also recommend the seafood restaurant in Shiga Island.
