Very comfortable flat in central Niš - everything you need for a night, or a longer stay. Very clear instructions from Dusan re parking and accessing the flat. Close to down town so sights and restaurants within easy walking distance.

A clean and nicely renovated apartment. Everything matches the description, the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is perfect. Keep in mind that the apartment opens directly onto a busy road (although it wasn’t an issue at night), and there’s free parking available across the street. Lazar was a great and flexible host. I can definitely recommend this place for stopovers if Niš is a waypoint on your journey. However, if you’re planning to explore the city, be aware that the apartment is far from the center and main walking areas.

It is in the center which is great! The location is on the second floor of a mall which we didn't know at first. The actual place has two floors with the bedroom and ac on the second floor so we had to keep the ac on the whole time. Parking was confusing at first but you just park on the street and pay 600 rsd for the whole day on an app (there's signs).

It is a shame that even nowadays so many people, especially in Serbia, want to rent airbnb to earn money, but they do not care about their guests. Unlike Ivan. I have stayed in so many places over the years because I had to, and I have to say that Ivan is a rare type of host and his airbnb apartment rare type of apartments. First of all, when it comes to Ivan, he was proactively in contact with me before I came to his apartment and even afterwords. Wanted to make sure that everything was allright for me and that I was satisfied. Very kind, pleasant person, helpful. Next, his apartment was squeaky clean, which is a rare find nowadays, and in also a very proper and clean neighbourhood. Again, a very rare find. How clean it was, I could eat off of the apartment surfaces, so it was the greatest and most pleasant surprise. More than just well-equipped with necessities. Ivan thought of everything! I recommend Ivan and his place, most sincerely, with my whole heart!

We had a wonderful stay in this flat right in the heart of Niš. Located on the top floor, it offers an incredible view of the city. The apartment is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us much. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy city life!

We cannot recommend this place enough. It is fantastic. The host and his parents have been so hospitable. The apartment was PERFECT including being able to cook dinner daily. The location is brilliant as it is walking distance and buses with a 3 min walk. Anyone contemplating to stay here- dont think- book. Such a lovely place. We plan on coming back to Nis, and will book here

Great, comfortable stay in a very quiet, central location. Magdalena was extremely friendly and her apartment was very well-cared for. I recommend this stay to anyone going to Nis!

This apartment was comfortable and clean. It was easy to get in following the directions, and I got excellent sleep there. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer because it was booked, as it usually is. Recommend!
