Gamal was very friendly and responsive host, always checking on us. We enjoyed our stay at his place, my kids loved the backyard to play. The compound community is very safe and peaceful surrounded by very respectful neighbors, it is well guarded with gates by very nice security guards ( the entrance is allowed only for the residents) which made us feel safe at all times. The neighborhood is new , nice houses and compounds. Once you are out the gates , there is right in front of you a modern area full of all what you need, supermarkets, restaurants, barber, shops.. Thank you Gamal, we definitely recommend your place, and hopefully see you soon.

We stayed with our kids for a quick trip to explore Fayoum during our stay in Egypt. We enjoyed eating at Kom El Dikka, Tzila, making pottery and exploring the desert. Hazem was very friendly and helpful with his messages and communication. He let us check in a little early when we arrived and even had water and fruit delivered. Very kind! There was a sandstorm going on so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor pool as much as we hoped, but everything was beautiful! The only thing we noticed was a fly problem and mid day the power shuts off in the village for a few hours. We brought our own towels and blankets for comfort. Overall we would stay there again if we visited the area again.

We had a lovely stay at Sherif’s place. Beautiful location. The villa was great. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely, I loved having the sun loungers. The guy who lives on the grounds Hamdi was great, he helped with everything. The Wi-Fi is very strong. You can use the local hotel which is about 2 mins walk away. We had dinner there one night. You cannot access the beach there though. The only things I would say are be prepared to pay 10egp per person per night at security and you have to leave one passport with them. Also the only beach you can access is the owner beach which costs 750egp per person over 12. You cannot take dogs on the beach. These are things we were not told before we arrived. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be more perfect — it’s right on the beach, so we could step outside and enjoy the ocean within seconds. The view from the rooftop was stunning and made our mornings unforgettable. The pool area was just as impressive — clean, beautifully maintained, and ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. The apartment itself was spotless, clearly well cared for, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, except a waterdispenser and a stool in the bedrooms, which will be taken care of going forward. A special thank you to our host Mohamed, who was incredibly attentive and responsive. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed especially when we needed further kitchen equipment. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beachside getaway in El Gouna!

We had a great time at Ahmed's place. The house is really big and nice with a really beautiful garden and lots of seaters to enjoy the outside. It is very quite and peaceful and perfect for a family stay. Ahmed was really helpful everytime we asked questions and local recommendations. The place really deserves its rating and we highly recommend it for anyone who wish to stay in Tunis Village.

I recently stayed at this villa in Loly Beach and honestly, everything exceeded expectations. The villa is very spacious and clean, with 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, plus a nanny’s room with its own bathroom. The location is perfect — first row directly on the beach with clean sand and calm water, which made for a super relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and even when we ordered delivery a few times, everything arrived easily as the location is not far from Cairo and close to many restaurants and services. The compound itself has 3 nice and clean swimming pools, which gave us great variety throughout the day. Special thanks to Hisham (the host) and Kamel (the co-host) — both were extremely responsive, polite, and helpful. Any minor issue that came up was handled quickly and professionally. Very nice home and wonderful location and view

The location is wonderful and the host is extremely welcoming. It was very clean! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Great place with a high standard. Amine (the owner) and also Yulia from Stayr are very helpful and especially Yulia super fast in getting things done. The villa is a very high standard with great finishing. Just the additionally available Golf cart is too expensive and if there is a scratch gets costly and not easily solved.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and clean. Amira was extremely responsive at all times and typically got back to us within minutes. My family had a lovely time and we highly recommend staying here!

The villa is just as you can see in the photos, large, spacious and with all kinds of amenities. It has a very large garden and a wonderful pool, perfect for sharing with friends. The rooms are spacious and there are quite a few bathrooms in the house, which is very comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful at all times, making everything we asked for briefly. We would come back without hesitation!!

We had an amazing time from the moment we arrived to Jose Maria’s home! An oasis in the middle of Giza. The home was well appointed and very comfortable for our family! From the moment we booked the property, the manager, Reham was responsive and so very helpful! She organized groceries and food to be prepared upon our arrival, along with a delicious meal. We were also blessed with the Julia, who took such amazing care of us! She cooked (some of the most amazing meals!) and helped us keep the home neat and tidy. Ask if she is available when you book, you won’t regret it! Reham was also able to coordinate a private tour guide, Tarek, who was off the charts amazing with his knowledge of Egyptian culture and history! Each space of the home was perfect, the master bedroom and bath is palatial, the kitchen has everything you will need and living spaces both inside and out fab! When we come back to Cairo we will be staying here. Thank you for sharing this amazing space with our family!

This place was amazing! It’s extremely private. The place was exactly as described. Pool was extremely clean and was serviced daily. The view was 10/10. Over all great place to relax.

We had a great time at Caroline's place! The villa is even better than the photos - the layout is very well thought-out, with a perfectly-sized pool and very nice seating areas. The whole place was spotless, with lots of amenities. Caroline is super responsive and was there to help with anything we needed. The villa is a big part of what made our trip really special and we can't wait to be back!

Where do I start! Well from start to finish 5 stars + ⭐️ The communication was almost straight away anything I asked they could answer, the pictures do not do the property justice as the property is beautiful. You are with the locals which I loved its quite so peaceful but if you want the hassle of Sharm it's 10 minutes drive. If you drive it's easy si I would suggest getting a car I didn't but they have a local taxi man Ahmed who was very cheap and took us out most days he was available when ever we needed him. There is also a lovey man Shaben who is staff and he keeps the property looking spotless. This villa is like home from home there's nothing that could be improved we cooked there is everything. The beds are comfortable with hot water to shower, a heated pool with beautiful surroundings what more do you need if you are renting, nothing. Lastly, I would like I like to say thank you to the team for being on point and so friendly, I have shared your property we loved it 😍.

Inas was a great host from start to finish. We wanted a spacious villa where my siblings and I could all spend time together and Inas was very understanding and flexible whenever we made a request. The villa is very well furnished and was freshly cleaned when we arrived. The complex is secure and beautifully kept. There is an online restaurant where the service is fantastic, and the pool is beautiful (a little cold but we all enjoyed using it). overall the villa exceeded our expectations, and we had a great week staying there
