The house was a warm characterful homely place with plenty of amenities to feel right at home. We were lucky to get free parking just above property on main road (as went in the shoulder season at end of May). You could get lost easily but we had clear video instructions of path to take. From the free parking there are old steps all the way down from main road to bay front. Isodoras place is a short way down maybe 5 mins down. Another 5 mins walk down and you are in the most picturesque area of the bay - divine - surrounded by small bay restaurants all overlooking the stunning mountains. A short walk to the right is a stunning gravel beach. The water was fresh but so clean and surrounded by trees and mountains. The walk back up the stairs to the apartment gets you fit! We loved perast the most of our visit as so peaceful and serene. A short fun boat ride takes you a cross to the lady of the rocks £5 and kotor old town is an easy drive away for a short day trip. Cute and cozy cabin in a quiet and beautiful town. The cabin had more than enough space and supplies for everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful stay near to Durmitor Park or even just a beautiful stay in a naturally gorgeous town. We had breakfast and dinner at a restaurant nearby which was delicious ! Thank you so much for a wonderful visit! 😊

Gorica est très réactif et très sympathique. Les instructions pour trouver la maison et envoyées par message sont très claires et bien détaillées. La maison est un vrai havre de paix. Site superbe juste à quelques mètres du lac. Le calme absolu et une vue superbe. Maison cl fortable avec une bonne literie et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. En plus, kayaks à disposition. Nous les avons utilisés et avons pu nous baigner. Et ne pas oublier le barbecue. Un bon moment pour profiter de la soirée. Le matin, nous avions la visite d'un berger avec ses moutons et chèvres. Bref, un superbe endroit pour qui cherche le calme et la sérénité d'un très bel emplacement.

Wij zijn met een aantal vrienden op vakantie gegaan naar Montenegro. Dankzij het goedkope huis hadden we genoeg budget over om leuke uitjes te plannen, buiten de rustige omgeving waar het huis staat. Maar ook de dagen thuis waren genieten! De verkoeling van het zwembad, airco en ventilatoren waren erg fijn! Van het kampvuur met barbeque hebben we ook goed gebruik gemaakt. Omdat de meeste touristische trekpleisters wat verder weg waren, konden we onderweg genieten van het prachtige landschap van Montenegro vanuit de huurauto's. Onze leukste uitjes waren: Piva lake, Kotor (Baai) en Budva/Becici. Hans en Ronique waren een fijne gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze reageerden vlot op berichten en zetten alles op alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ook gaven ze duidelijke instructies voor het huis en een heleboel tips voor tijdens het verblijf.

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans le logement d aneta et zorica. La vue est magnifique et le logement vraiment très confortable ! Aneta et Zorica avaient décoré l appartement pour l anniversaire de notre fille, c'était vraiment une très belle attention !je recommande a 100%!il y a beaucoup de site a visiter a 20 minutes de l appartement, l emplacement est idéal !merci beaucoup.

What can I say, everything was amazing. Best guest with delicious home-cooked food and self-made liquor. I can't understand a word they are saying but I felt they are treating us like their nephew and niece. The room was tidy and comes with a warm fireplace. You can't take a shower, but there is drinkable tap water in the room. There is no electricity in the room itself, but you can easily charge your devices in the hosts' place. There is a gaslight in the room, but bringing a small charged light will make your stay much comfyer. Apart from minor inconveniences (part of the experience), you get an unforgettable view. I had never seen so many stars at the same time in my life. P.S.: We met a guy driving 2 hrs of winding road just to deliver 2 pack of beer that he put to sell in this place. Ture businessman.

What can I say about this airbnb... the pictures don't do it justice, the views are spectacular and the actual home itself was pristinely clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing, from Yvette communication with me once we'd booked to her daughter, Daria then communicating with me just before and during our stay. They couldn't do more for us, from arranging transport to recommending local restaurants, I honestly don't think we've had more friendly, responsive hosts before, it was a pleasure getting to know them over the course of the week (good luck to Daria at University next year!) As people have mentioned before it is quite a steep hill to the property, but my elderly in-laws managed it for the week, so I'm sure anyone else could! The welcome pack was a lovely little touch as well. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better week and if we ever come back to Montenegro we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

This is a great house to enjoy the beauty of kotor bay. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room to relax in the house with comfy sofas and a big dinning table. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view and birds visiting to drink. However it is too deep to stand anywhere so not for small children. There is no shower facility by the pool so we had to have bottles of water to rinse off before we went in. They had 4 sun loungers by the pool. I would definitely come back here if we visited Montenegro again as it was a lovely home for me and my family for a week. Risan is beautiful and the restaurants are good value and the waiting staff are super friendly. Not much to do but that was the idea for us.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits à Etno Selo. L'endroit est magnifique, rustique, calme, très facile d'accès, dans une vallée au milieu des montagnes. Les routes pour y arriver sont faciles. Literie très molle mais, au final, confortable. Piscine défraîchie mais rafraichissante. En revanche, nous n'avions pas compris qu'il n'y a ni cuisine, ni salon dans les petites maisons : un lit deux places au rez-de-chaussée et un lit double + un lit simple à l'étage auquel on accède avec une échelle. Faute de cuisine, nous avons pu profiter du restaurant qui est top.

Great flat and residence in general , comfortable pool. The respond very quick to any of our doubts among the stay very easy. Great location and the view from the terrace it’s to die for….. looking forward to return. Thanks guys !

We had a wonderful stay at Larisa’s apartment in Montenegro. The apartment was very well maintained, spotless, and exactly as described — with a stunning view of the mountains and a well-kept swimming pool that made our time there even more relaxing. Its location is ideal, just a short drive from Kotor Old Town and the bay, making it a great base for exploring the area. It was perfect for a family stay — quiet, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Larisa had provided all the necessary instructions in advance, including a clear and helpful instruction booklet in the apartment. Larisa was extremely attentive and checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. A special thanks to Olga for her proactive and genuine helpfulness throughout — it made a real difference to our experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Kotor area — it’s definitely worth it.

La villa est moderne, propre et bien équipée. La vue sur la baie est à couper le souffle et notre hôte a toujours été hyper réactive! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, merci Nikolija!

Le logement de Ivan est dans un endroit calme et proche du centre et de restaurants où nous avons pu manger. La communication avec Ivan est interessante,il est reactif notamment quand nous avions oublié un vêtement pour le récupérer !

The van was very nice and fully equipped with solar panel for electricity and water to shower. The van was a little bigger that we expected but conform of the photo and description, we had a very good time from durmitor to skadar lake. A very good choice if you want to do a road trip in Montenegro.

Öncelikle Dragana’ya misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederim. Karadağ’da ilk günümüzdü ve gidilecek restaurant bile bilmiyorduk. Her sorumuza hızlı ve dostane cevap verdi. Tavsiyelerde bulundu. Eve giriş kolaydı, harika manzaralı mükemmel bir muhit. Keşke 2 günden fazla rezervasyon yapabilseydim. Kotor’a yakın, deniz dibinde ve istediğin zaman girebiliyorsun . Ljuta iç kısımda kaldığı için deniz suyu budvaya kıyasla daha ılıktı. Evde şezlong ve şemsiye olması, dilediğinde kullanabiliyor olman ise başka bir artısı. Not: banyo ışığı yanındaki tuşları kapatmayın, bunlar kombi suyunun sıcak kalması içindir ;)

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, aber haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind: die tolle Aussicht, die perfekte Lage für einen Klosterbesuch und nicht zuletzt die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Danke dafür! - Von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung.

The apartment was incredibly comfortable, very clean, and cozy. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. There were even little steps for a child. Every detail in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged. The hosts gave excellent recommendations on where to go and what to buy, and they responded quickly. We had breakfast on the balcony almost every day — the view was stunning. We definitely recommend this place. P.S. A special bonus was the birdsong in the mornings.

A wonderful pearl in the middle of nature. After our first stay we divided to cancel part of our trip across Montenegro’s coast and to book this house again. This house is soooo special and soooo wonderful. In the middle of nature, super quiet, super warm decorated, there is so much more. It was so nice to sit on the terrace during evening/night or having a coffee during morning and just to enjoy the view :-) We love this house. Milos is a such a friendly guy and we had a chance to talk to him a bit longer. Thank you again and we are looking forward to stay there next year again.

Great place, I recommend Bojan's flat. Instructions were clear, easy to check-in. Free parking by the flat. Check out is 12:00 which can be practical compared to other places. Nice view from the balcony and nice modern furnished flat with all amenities
