Welcome to this comfortable wooden cottage that has been carefully decorated. It is located against the beautiful Hatertse and Overasseltse vennen and has the city of Nijmegen nearby. In good weather, you can enjoy everything that grows and flowers in the garden or the surrounding area. In a colder season, there is an atmospheric wood-burning stove including a lazy rocking chair to seek peace and quiet. It has all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay for 2-4 people (including air conditioning, dishwasher).

Deep in our backyard lies this beautiful romantic garden house hidden. Everything is available: a nice bed, a kitchenette, a nice sofa, toilet and shower, WiFi and as a cherry on the cake a snoring wood stove. Even though it is close to the city center, due to its location between all the gardens, it is surprisingly quiet. Only the neighborhood cat occasionally comes to check things out. Peace and coziness guaranteed! Parking is free, and through the back door, you even have your own entrance.

Onze nieuw gebouwde bosvilla staat midden in een groene oase van stilte, ontspanning en rust in de bosrijke heuvels van Groesbeek. Vanuit dit vrijstaande huis kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en/of mountainbiken. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 800 m2 heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Een fijne plek dichtbij de Waal en de binnenstad voorzien van een werkplek. De loft is modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je loopt de straat uit en staat aan de Waal. Uitkijkend over het golvende water van de Waal dwalen je gedachten gemakkelijk af. Niets aan je hoofd. Veel wandel en fietsmogelijkheden. Er is een snackbar in de straat.

It is within walking distance of the central station, city center and Radboud University and hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment, you will find all kinds of appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has its own entrance and balcony.

You can sleep in or on the cozy bedstee. The new kitchen is fully equipped, there is a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, combi microwave, stove and fridge with freezer. You will have your own bathroom at your disposal.
