It's too simple to be called a traditional Japanese house, but it looks old and new. I hope you will remember this pleasant feeling as one of your travel memories. This is the Mase coast in Nishikan-ku, Niigata City (formerly Iwamuro Village) 25 minutes by car from Makari Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway and 35 minutes from Sanjo-Tsubame Interchange.The horizon of Echigo Nanaura stretches out below. A morning walk on a deserted beach. A hiking trail that feels like you're in the world of Studio Ghibli. Nearby, there is a cafe in the mountains away from the crowds, and There is also an Italian restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the sea. You can also purchase a bento box from a famous restaurant in Iwamuro Onsen and relax. Agritourism is also being planned so that you can cook and enjoy freshly harvested vegetables. Relax and be soothed by the scent of the sea and the sound of the waves, swim in the ocean, climb Mt. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
