This is a private rental accommodation in a renovated 100-year-old traditional house located by the sea and at the foot of the mountains in Nanaura, Echigo. This is the Mase coast in Nishikan-ku, Niigata City (formerly Iwamuro Village) 25 minutes by car from Makari Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway and 35 minutes from Sanjo-Tsubame Interchange.The horizon of Echigo Nanaura stretches out below. A morning walk on a deserted beach. A hiking trail that feels like you're in the world of Studio Ghibli. Nearby, there is a cafe in the mountains away from the crowds, and There is also an Italian restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the sea. You can also purchase a bento box from a famous restaurant in Iwamuro Onsen and relax. Agritourism is also being planned so that you can cook and enjoy freshly harvested vegetables. A log house villa located in a place that is easily accessible to both Nikko city and Lake Chuzenji. It can accommodate up to 4 people (please note that if more than the number of guests on the day come, we will not be able to accommodate them), and has high-speed WiFi. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.) It is also equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer for longer stays. * The washing machine is free to use once during your stay. * Please note that there is a separate fee for the dryer. ⭐We now rent BBQ utensils, which many guests have requested The rental includes charcoal and a BBQ table, but food is not included in the rental price. Villa Igashima is located in a mountainous area surrounded by cedar and bamboo forests. The Igarashi area of Aga-cho, in particular, is known as one of the heaviest snowfall areas in the Shimokita region, and this is a traditional old house that has endured in that environment for a long time. Taking advantage of the beams, pillars, and fittings of such historic buildings, we recreated a new form of Japanese landscape in harmony with modern design, while giving the feeling of an old-fashioned Japanese house. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)
