You and a friend could win a sleepover on the set of Ramsay Street, home of the popular TV show Neighbours, with a special studio listing on Airbnb.
Guests will stay at the Ramsay St listing on Monday 7th September, where they will spend a night in the home of Australia’s longest-running drama series. Guests will be hosted by Erinsborough Dr Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher) and handyman Kyle Canning (Chris Milligan), before walking down the famous street, reliving the drama at Harold’s Store, The Waterhole and Lassiter’s Lake.
Then, they'll share in a sumptuous dinner with Alan and Chris at the Willis family house where they will hear the juicy insider secrets and the behind-the-scenes news.
Once all the gossip and happenings of their favourite Neighbours cast are caught up on; they'll stay in their very own Ramsay Street Airbnb listing, an overnight stay on the set.

Stay at Neighbours Contest
1.Game of Skill. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winner.
2.Information on how to enter forms part of the Contest Terms and Conditions. Entry into the ‘Stay at Neighbours Contest’ (Competition) is deemed acceptance of these ContestnTerms and Conditions.
3.Eligibility. The Contest is only open to Participants normally residing in the United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand. Directors, officers, employees, independent contractors and agents of the Organiser or its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, and the members of any of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.
4.Competition Dates. The Competition commences on 30/07/15 at 08:00 (AEDST) and concludes on 28/08/15 at 12 midnight (AEST) (the Contest Duration).
5.How to enter and Process. To enter, Participant must
(a)visit the Airbnb Website where Participant resides at as follows:
(b)Register with Airbnb (unless already a registered Airbnb user).
(c)Click on the ‘Enter to Win’ button.
(d)Send the Submission and tell us in 25 words or less ‘Why do you deserve to stay overnight at Neighbours?’
Submissions must be received through the above process within the Contest Duration.
6.Each Participant can only participate once. An Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, computer or network problems, problems with servers, problems with social media or other electronic accounts or the failure to receive any Submission for any reason whatsoever. By entering the Contest, Participants agree that they may be contacted by the Organizer in relation to the Contest and agree to take part in any publicity that occurs as a result of the Contest and grant the Organizer and its agents the right to use their personal data and/or image, as explained in more detail below.
7.Should a Participant contact details change during the Contest Duration, it is the Participant’s responsibility to notify the Organizer. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Organizer.
8.Prohibited Content: Submissions must not violate the rights of any other party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or rights of privacy, publicity or other moral rights. Submissions must NOT contain: (a) content that endorses/promotes illegal or harmful activity; (b) violent, profane, vulgar, obscene, defamatory or otherwise objectionable material; (c) adult material; or (d) defamatory content. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that violates these prohibitions, or that the Organizer deems inappropriate for any reason, in its sole discretion.
9.Winner Selection: One Winner will be selected from the submitted Submissions. The Winner will be chosen entirely on merit. The panel of judges will be comprised of the Organizers' employees. The judges' decisions are final, conclusive and binding. If substantially similar Submissions are submitted by different entrants, judges will select only the best version of that idea, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion. The Winner shall procure and ensure that the Guest complies and agrees with these Contest Terms and Conditions, as if the Guest were an original party in the place of the Winner.
10.Organizer reserves the right to request Winner to provide proof of identity and proof of entry in order to claim Prize. In the event Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
11.The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
12.License: By submitting a Submission, Participants grant the Organizer a perpetual (or for the term of the protection granted by the relevant intellectual property rights), worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, broadcast, publicly perform, publicly display, communicate to the public, or otherwise use the Submission for promotional or any other purposes, on or in relation to Airbnb.com and related sites and mobile apps, with or without modifications, in any form or medium (including but not limited to: internet, any printed medium distributed via press, billposting, point of sale advertising, flyers and leaflets), whether now existing or later developed, for entertainment, promotional and/or advertising purposes. To the greatest extent permitted by law, Participants agree not to invoke any so-called moral rights in relation to their Submissions (including without limitation the right to be identified as the creator of the work and the right to object to derogatory treatment of the work).
13.Notification/Announcement of Winner: The Organizer will notify the Winner using the contact information provided by the Winner in the Submission. Each Participant consents to the Organizer using that information to do so and to being so contacted if they win. The Winner must respond and accept the Prize no later 48 hours after being notified. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for the Winner's failure to collect the Prize. The Organizer may award, assign or dispose of any unclaimed Prize in any manner in its sole discretion. The Organizer may publicly announce the name of the Winner after the end of the Contest Duration, on the applicable Airbnb Facebook pages and through other Airbnb social media channels. All references to times and dates are to times and dates in Victoria, Australia.
14.Prize Conditions: The Prize is provided as-is with no express or implied warranty or guarantee. This Contest may be subject to applicable local laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax laws. The Winner is solely responsible and liable for any and all taxes applicable to or resulting from the award of the Prize. The Organizer and the agencies and companies associated with the Competition accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Where and to the extent permitted by law, the Organizer may require any Winner (and Guest), to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release permitting the Organizer to use any of the Winner's (and the Guest's) name, image, voice and likeness and winning Submission in promotional materials where permitted by law and subject to applicable rules. Refusal or inability to sign and return such forms within 24 hours of receipt may result in disqualification and awarding of Prize to an alternate Winner. The Winner may be filmed when they redeem the Prize. As a precondition to redeem the Prize, the Winner (and the Guest) will each sign a release form that will allow the Organizer to film their travel to the Event, check-in and check-out and their stay at the Prize and to use that footage for worldwide marketing and commercial purposes. The Organizer reserves the right to any remedy, including withdrawal, denial or cancellation of any prize, if fraud, tampering or other violations of these Contest Terms and Conditions are suspected.
15.If the Winner elects to travel without a Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded.
16.Except sharing with the Guest, the sharing of a Prize is not permitted and the prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
17.In the event that any component of the Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a Prize of equal or greater value.
18.In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Organizer then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
19.All prizes exclude (except as expressly stated):
i)Any transport between the Winner's and the Guest's home residence and their departure airport;
ii) Any overnight accommodation while travelling to the departure airport or destination;
iii)Any other travel or accommodation not listed above;
iv)Any incidental hotel charges (such as but not limited to; mini-bar charges, telephone calls, in-house movies, food and/or beverages);
v)Any insurance (such as travel or health cover) however the Organizer may require them to sign a waiver prior to travel; and
vi) Any other ancillary costs which may be incurred.
20.Unless expressly stated within these Contest Terms and Conditions regarding all prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the Winner and (as applicable) the Guest.
21.In the case of the intervention of any act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Organizer’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these Contest Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war or act of terrorism, the Organizer may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under law.
22.Prizes cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangement with that third party. If this Prize is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honoured.
23.Flight bookings will be subjected to seat availability and confirmation by Organizer.
24.The Organizer makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any of the destinations.
25.The Organizer and its associated entities and all related bodies corporate, officers, employees, agents and companies associated with the Competition shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct and indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
26.The Organizer and companies associated with the Competition accepts no responsibility or liability for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
27.Final Guest name must be provided by 11:59pm 30 August 2015 AEST to the Organizer and cannot be changed after that date.
28.General Liability Release: By entering this Contest, Participants release the Organizer and its agents from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive all claims and causes of action arising from or related to this Contest or use of the Prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Organiser's total and maximum liability arising out of or in connection with the Contest, the Prize and all the transactions contemplated in these Contest Terms and Conditions is limited to A$5,000.
30.Interpretation and Disputes: Participants agree: (a) to be bound by these Contest Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the judges, which are final, conclusive and binding; and (b) that the Contest Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the State of New South Wales and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state and those courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
31.Miscellaneous: The Contest is void where prohibited by applicable laws. If any terms or provisions of these Contest Terms and Conditions are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer may suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if they believe, in their sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, in which case the Prizes will be awarded among the eligible entries received that were unaffected by the problem, if possible. Questions or comments may be sent to the Organizer. The English version of these Contest Terms and Conditions prevails over, controls and overrides all other language versions.
32.Terms Regarding the Prize:
(a)The Winner shall comply with all requirements, rules and guidelines applicable to their stay at the premises constituting the Prize, including those relating to alcohol, smoking, health, safety and security.
(b)The Prize is personal and cannot be sold or transferred to someone else. If the Winner does not or cannot accept the Prize, it reverts back to the Organizer and it is at the Organizer's sole discretion to award the Prize to another Participant in this Contest.
(c)The Winner shall have a valid passport and any required travel documentation in order to travel.
(d)The Organizer may ask for a written confirmation or proof of the place of residence and age of a Winner before awarding the Prize.
(e)The Winner shall behave and conduct themselves properly at all times.
(f)No substitution or transfer of the Prize is permitted. The Prize may not be redeemed for cash. If due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, the Organizer unable to provide the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right to award, as substitute, a Prize of equal value.

Contest Duration: The Contest runs from 08:00 AEST, 30 July 2015 and closes on 11:59 AEST, 28 August 2015
Guest: Any natural person whom the Participant has identified and together with whom the Participant wishes to exploit the Prize. The Participant may identify only one Guest.
Web page: The Contest is accessible from this listing. You can visit the Web page directly or via a link on the Airbnb Facebook pages for the United Kingdom, New Zealand or Australia.
Participant: Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 at the time of a Submission or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. The Participant represents and warrants that the Participant will be available on the Event Date in case the Participant is a Winner.
Prize: The Prize consists of (a) the following activities:
(i)Monday 7 September 2015: Winner and one Guest will arrive in Melbourne;
(ii)Monday 7 September 2015: Arrival to Neighbours stay overnight part of a Ramsay Street Studio set;
(iii)Tuesday 8 September 2015: Studio visit and lunch depart 1pm, stay at Airbnb accommodation;
(iv)Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 September 2015: Stay at Airbnb accommodation; and
(v)Friday 11 September: Depart Melbourne; and
(b) two return economy flights for two adults to Melbourne, Australia. The airline and class of travel shall be determined in the Organizers' sole discretion. The aggregate cost of each return economy flight is limited to a maximum amount of A$2,500, and the Winner will pay any balance cost for the flights over and above that maximum amount before any air tickets can be issued. Any Winner who normally resides in or around Sydney or Melbourne (as determined in the Organizers’ sole discretion) will not be entitled to any flights.
The Prize does not include any other transportation, per diem costs, airport taxes or any other fees, costs, hospitality or items whatsoever, all of which are the responsibility of the Winner. Each Winner is responsible for possessing all necessary ID, visa, permits, consents, approvals and other documents required for travel.
Submission: A description in English in 25 words or less, by the Participant on the Web page (via the “Enter To Win” button) describing "Why do you deserve to stay overnight at Neighbours?"
Winner: A Winner is a person to whom a Prize is awarded. Upon termination of the Contest Duration, the jury will select one Winner who will receive the Prize.
Event Date: Monday 7 September 2015 (check-in 10:00 AEST) to Friday 11 September (check-out 16:00 AEST).
