The approx. 60 sqm family-friendly apartment (1 double bed (1.80 x 2 m) + sofa bed (1.40 m), crib possible) has 2 rooms with kitchen and bathroom (with shower). Including a small terrace and garden use is possible. TV in the living room, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster, etc. Linens + towels included. Wine tastings at the winery are possible on request.

It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. In the cold evenings you may choose either to enjoy the fireplace in the garden or in the flat.
