We will personally assist you upon your arrival, my husband or I, or both, will try as much as possible to introduce you to our city and our history, with recommendations of places to visit and places where you can savor our gastronomy........ The mysterious Santa Cruz neighborhood, the Cathedral and its Giralda, the Alcázar gardens, the famous and renowned churches of Seville, all this and more await you just a few minutes walk from our apartment. The Puerta de Jerez metro station is just a ten-minute walk away, the Santa Justa train station is just twenty minutes away, and there are several private parking lots just a five-minute walk from the apartment Our building consists of both private and tourist apartments. We ask you to be considerate of the other neighbors' peace, so we inform you that it is totally forbidden to have parties in the building and in the apartment. The maximum number of people in the apartment is limited to four.

Magnificent ground floor duplex located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in an unparalleled environment and a four-minute walk from the Giralda. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an equipped kitchen. It has everything you need to make your visit to Seville an unforgettable experience. Its location in a historic neighborhood with narrow streets means there is little light and humidity in the environment. This is normal considering that it is located in a neighborhood built in the Middle Ages.
