Casa Palmieri Baroque 1

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

Built in 1895 as a residence for railway workers, this charming signal house nestled between the railway and the beach was fully restored in 2025, preserving its authentic character. The Casello sul Mare boasts a private beach, accessible only from the house with no public access, and a cliffside terrace—perfect for breakfast, sunset aperitifs, or quiet moments of contemplation with a breathtaking sea view. The house is situated at a distance of about 1 hour drive from Catania. The property is also home to cats, which are very close to my heart, so you should have sympathy for cats.
