Welcome to Mama Sara's House! We are strategically located in the heart of the picturesque port of San Juan del Sur, just 100 meters from the beach. The best restaurants, shops, casinos, banks, ATMs, surf shops, central market, bus and taxi station, central park, Spanish schools, etc. are all around us. The neighborhood is very quiet and we are close to the city's leisure area, just a few steps away, in addition to the beautiful San Juan Bay in sight.

Room for one person (shared kitchen)

It is a private room with a fan and a shared bathroom. The room is located on the second floor (there is no hot water or air conditioning). Outside the room, there is a shared terrace overlooking the lake, and from here, you can also see the two volcanoes. Depending on the weather, you can also see an incredible sunset. There are also hammocks and a small kitchen downstairs. There is also Wi-Fi in the room. The beach is across the street.

Our hostel is a beautiful, fully remodeled colonial house that is just beginning to walk. We have a decoration suitable for the name of our hostel with spacious rooms with new orthopedic mattresses, bathrooms, night tables, closets in the private rooms, wardrobes and lockers in the shared rooms. We also have a beautiful solarium, laundry service and soon we will include breakfast in our rate and restaurant at the service of our guests.

Under a grove of palms, this chill beach house is a little rustic—sun-worn, slightly rough around the edges, but comfy and full of charm. Cool off in the small infinity pool just steps from the bedrooms, and enjoy partial ocean views through the palms and dunes while the waves do the talking. Bedrooms are large, each with A/C and a private bath. No traffic, no fast food, no paved roads—just a mellow weekend base.

Through our location, you will have the opportunity to be immersed in Nicaraguan culture which will increase the enjoyment of your stay and trip.

You'll love my place because of the cozy space, the comfort of the bed, the light, the wifi accessible from the room, and the very traditional neighborhood. My accommodation is good for couples and adventurers. The bedroom has 4 beds and is located about 30 meters from the beach overlooking the Concepción volcano.
