Twice around a corner is Square of Roses (Rožu Laukums). Nearby by walking distance are nice restaurants and culture objects such as concert hall, theater, museum etc.

Next to the house there is a cycling and pedestrian route which runs trough all Liepaja trough sand dunes and a seaside park. Close to a shopping center, South Forts and Liepaja "narrow" tram.

Surrounded by forest, near the sea, free heated pool with sunbeds, sauna, children's playground, enclosed monitored area, alarm, parking space, private outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture and enclosed courtyard. This historical building, a former granary/barn dating back to 1913, features a charming thatched roof and is ideally suited for stays during late spring, summer, and early autumn."
