We are a local family living in Sorake village, Nias, Indonesia. We live in a simple house, 50m from the beach. We have a guest house upstairs consist of 3 rooms. Our place is 200m away from famous surfing spot, "the point". It is a short drive to other surf spots. Breakfast is included. Local meal can be provided for a small price. We can arrange transportation from the airport. We provide surfing lessons for all levels and surf trips around the island. Rental motorbike is available.

This is my third time in Nias and it is also the third time I stay at Kwalitas Losmen. I love it. The whole family is wonderful and lovely. From the first moment they make you feel at home and take you into account for all types of plans and activities. They are attentive, detail-oriented and always ready to adapt to your needs, both in the day-to-day life of the losmen and when it comes to pick-ups and transfers to the airport. The room in which I stayed was as it was described to me at first (I always rent the same one) and it is taken care of to the millimeter by all the members of the family. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to go on future trips to Nias. Furthermore, I have always felt very supported by both the members of the Kwalitas family and all their close relatives, who live nearby. I will return for sure.

I went to Nias for the first time and stayed at Olitas house Nias. It became one of my favorite destination bc of the house and people there!! The room is clean and really comfortable. I really love the atmosphere of the house, super cozy and chill. It's close to the beach so I could walk to the beach with a surfboard. Alex and Andrea are always willing to help me when I need something and one of the best host for sure. Bc of them, my stay in Nias became amazing. See you soon. I cannot wait to go back there to surf and to stay there. saohagölö!

I loved my stay at Olitas! The place is spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a longer stay. The kitchen has everything you need, the Wi-Fi is solid for working remotely, and the neighbourhood feels safe with a welcoming, laid-back vibe — I felt right at home straight away. The bed and pillow was super comfortable with black out curtains and good AC for a really solid nights sleep. The hosts were awesome and really helpful in getting me settled into local life. I also actually preferred that it’s not right on the beachfront — it means less foot traffic, so it’s much quieter and more peaceful, but still just a short walk to the surf. Would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat!

Taunoi (who goes by Bungo) - was really helpful. The place is basic - but a good price for the place. It’s a short walk down the beach (about 300 -400 meters) to the main surfing area. The food is good. The a/c works well, so can keep the room comfortable. Of note - under amenities it lists soap and toilet paper- no soap, one roll and after that you are on your own.

The best location for those who want to stay in Nias. The accommodation faces the best wave in the region. Firdolin is the best host I've ever met on Airbnb. Its restaurant, Beo's Pub is without a doubt the best of Nias. All our meals were wonderful, and I will definitely return to this paradise.
