Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Niantic, East Lyme

The perfect place in the perfect location. Looked just like-if not better than- the photos. Plenty of room for my family and I. Cute and safe neighborhood to walk in, close to a lot of restaurants and the beach! Anything you need is available to you in and outside of this lovely home! Next time we’re in the area we’ll be sure to book again.

What a wonderful stay! It truly is a bright and cheerful home. Eric thoroughly communicated all we needed to know before checking in. He was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay. We did! The home is in a quiet location but close enough to all that Mystic has to offer. It was impeccably clean and well stocked. We felt right at home as soon as we checked in. It is cozy, clean, comfy and we can’t wait to be back for another relaxing stay!

Everything was great and as expected with this home. It was very clean, the views were stunning, right on the water. Unfortunately it rained, but we took advantage of the screened in porch with coffee. Jesse was quick to respond with any questions and had thorough and clear information about checking and getting into the home. We’d definitely look to stay here again, if we’re in the Mystic area.

This house had so many amenities and was exactly as described! We enjoyed having access to grills, a hot tub, game room, and all of the household/beach necessities! The house and game decor were super cute and the adults loved the competitive scrabble game on the wall. There was a small ant problem in the kitchen (which the owner was aware of) that was there despite attempts to keep the dishes and garbage can clean, but that was our only minor complaint. Overall, loved the place and would consider staying here again!

We had a great stay at Stan's house. The house itself was lovely, the backyard was great, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very kid friendly and had toys and books that my toddler enjoyed. the location was great and we loved being walking distance to the seaport and downtown. We also appreciated the snacks waiting at the Airbnb after a long travel day. Would be happy to stay again in future!

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive in communicating with us throughout the process. She went above and beyond to accommodate a request for check-in flexibility, which we really appreciated. The space itself was lovely and well-appointed. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Westerly, look no further! The home had all the amenities, and the dogs loved the spacious, fenced-in yard. The property was also close to downtown and the beaches in the area. We'll tell our friends about this place and gladly stay there again!

What a beautiful place! We needed accommodations for our family as we attended our daughter’s graduation. This place was perfect . Plenty of space and we had everything we needed . We didn’t want to leave .

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

We had an excellent stay while attending our son's graduation at UCONN. The place was clean and homey, perfect when traveling back and forth. Our plans changed and we did not bring our dog, and Ashley was kind enough to refund us. My son goes back to UConn in the fall for his master's, and we know where we will stay again next May.

Patrick and Monica were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were communicative, helpful, and especially great with our dogs. We loved the property and left feeling fully rested. We would love to come back!

The Airbnb had everything you need, it is in a wonderful location and I would return at any time.

Brandon was extremely proactive and responsive about our stay. He answered questions in a very timely manner and was very friendly throughout the experience. The house is beautiful. The pool is really nice and the conversation pit is definitely a beautifully designed novelty. The house otherwise is spacious and full of amenities. The location is in East Hampton between the main area and Amagansett. It is very peaceful and very convenient to either LIRR and Jitney station. The main beaches are a five minute car ride away or a longer thirty-forty minute walk without a car. We had an amazing weekend at Brandon’s place and our only complaint—we wished we could have stayed longer!

My husband, dog, and I LOVED our stay here- so much that Danielle accommodated for us to stay an additional day! It was the perfect location. Private enough where we felt secluded, but yet right off of a main road with so many great restaurants to walk to! The beach was about a 5 minute walk, and left us with the perfect spot and feeling like we had the beach completely to ourselves the days we were there. We are already talking about going back, and can’t wait to plan our next trip. Thanks so much!

Everything was wonderful! So peaceful, clean, and comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. I personally loved that it wasn’t over cluttered with decorations! Plenty of room to put your stuff down and get to your vacation. Felt right at home!

Robert’s cozy loft was a wonderful place to stay. Very modern, clean and right in the heart of New London. Very comfortable and had everything I needed! Communication was also great.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bedrooms were super cozy, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a few meals. The host, Alexis, was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and clear instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but still close to great restaurants, shops, and public transit. I especially loved the view from the back deck. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d absolutely stay here again!
