Lenny, the general manager is great with communication and very helpful with instructions. The stay at the Giacomo hotel was fantastic. Seeing the place in person and reading it doesn’t do justice. The place is amazing and as described. Once checked in. The receptionists will give you the key to your room and a code to park your car in a private parking lot. The hotel is very clean and felted welcoming. It’s a mix of residential and guests. We stayed for 5days/4nights. Let me tell you, the stay felt like home. Breakfast, afternoon cookies, teas and coffee is complementary. The view from our room….. GORGEOUS! We had a view of the Niagara Falls and the sunrise. It’s is breathtaking. You can get another view from the top of the building. I went up there to view the sunrise and hangout. You can take the elevator to the 18th floor and go up a flight of stairs to get to the area. Also, The US/Canada boarder is literally 5mins away! So convenient. Definitely staying here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at George's place for a quick weekend getaway. The listing was beautiful and clean, with plenty of cooking utensils, making it feel like home. George welcomed us into his house and even stayed up until 1 AM to show us around. He was truly the best host! We were a little disappointed that the hot tub had limited hours because we would have loved to hang out there later.

Andrew was a great host very responsive. I stayed here for work. The place looks great exactly as the pictures. There is everything you need at the apartment. The area is peaceful too. I really enjoyed the stay and will stay again when I get a chance and highly recommend Andrews place again

Great view, huge apartment. Nice location next to falls and rainbow bridge. Most things to do in Canada but anchor bar close and yummy!

My overall stay was exceptional! Lenny communicated and checked on us from time to time making sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything. His place is very clean with immaculate views. It is exactly like he stated it would be.We really enjoyed his property, it has a different look and feel. I definitely recommend his place! Thank you

Excelente todo. Andrew es un genio. Super servicial. Estaba en cada detalle. Y eso es lo que hace la diferencia. El cuidado del huésped. El depto súper completo y muy muy cómodo. LIMPIO y amplio. No le faltaba nada. Nos recibió con bebidas y chocolates Todo funcionaba. El wi fi impecable. El baño un lujo. El lugar muy bien ubicado Siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. 100% recomendable. We enjoyed our stay at the Giacomo. We didn't need much assistance during our stay, but the staff were courteous and friendly and when we needed an extra set of linens they promptly brought them up to our room. The parking was conveniently across the street. It is uncovered but is secure with a gate.

I'm so impressed with our stay at this beautiful lake house! As someone who's extremely particular about safety when choosing an Airbnb, I was thrilled to find that this house is located in a quiet and secure neighborhood - perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kids had an absolute blast playing and exploring the surroundings. We did encounter a small issue with the garage door breaking when we tried to open it, but our host was exceptionally responsive and willing to help resolve the issue. What really stood out to me was how much this house felt like home. The peaceful atmosphere, the stunning lake views, and the comfortable amenities all combined to create a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable getaway. We can't wait to come back and make more memories.

Peter was a wonderful host and the space was clean and everything was well marked. Was not able to control heat, but he was super responsive and turned it up for us, no hassle. We stayed over Easter weekend and he had some surprises for our kids. It really made their day and was such a nice touch. They also had drinks and snacks ready to go. With two kids, this was fantastic and saved us some meltdowns. The location was 10 minutes from Niagra falls. It was nice to explore, come back and relax, and then go back out. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

We had a great weekend at Zachary’s place - spacious, well stocked, comfortable, and the location was excellent! It was an easy walk to everything! He was a great host, and we would definitely stay again.

This property exceeded our expectations both in terms of convenient location (easy walk to Henley Island) and comfort. The heated pool welcomed us every day after a long day at the course. The outdoor fire became the PERFECT meeting spot for post-event stories and a favorite gathering place. The house was clean and spacious for our crew. ROWERS: this is spacious enough for your 8+! (The downstairs bedroom with air mattress also accesses it's own bathroom and proved to be a big bonus for us.) With plenty of bathrooms, private bedroom spaces, and laundry for your trou, we settled in comfortably. The kitchen is VERY well equipped so we could prepare a team dinner one night--plenty of spices and every appliance/pot/pan we needed. The fridge is the largest I've EVER seen! Wow. We felt welcomed by the host and loved our stay--beautiful flowers and a peaceful spot. We hope to have a reason to book again!
