This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. It is lent to private house (capacity for 5 ppl). There is no parking. 5 minutes walk from Neyagawa-shi station. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk, and other convenience stores are within 5 minutes walk. Home door is an auto lock key with a surveillance camera. It is near from station but neighborhood is quiet for residential area, and as it is an old Japanese wooden building, it is not very soundproof. Partying is prohibited at this facility. We hope you can stay calmly and relax.
