The apartment is in the trendy suburb of Teneriffe. It's near the city centre, upmarket shops, movie houses, nightlife, and restaurants. Running areas and a swimming pool are within walking distance. James Street shops are a 5-minute walk away. Check-in is from 3 pm and check out by 11 am to allow a change over if there are adjacent bookings, however, if there are no adjacent bookings then the times are flexible for check-in and out
