Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Newport, Jersey City

Wir hatten ein paar wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Johanna. Die Lage war fantastisch, nur ein paar wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Haltestelle, dort fuhr die Bahn nach Manhattan (2 Haltestellen). Es war sehr ruhig in der Nachbarschaft, aber trotzdem hatte man schöne Restaurants, Bars und Cafés in der Nähe. Die Küche in der Unterkunft ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, ich denke es eignet sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Schlafzimmer war super, das Bett sehr bequem und mit dem Fenster in den Garten war es dort schön ruhig. Es gab genügend Decken und Handtücher, falls man zusätzlich welche benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Johanna war super, wir haben sehr schnell Antworten auf unsere Fragen erhalten. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Asunnon sijainti oli erinomainen keskeisellä paikalla lähellä asemaa, joten kulkuyhteydet olivat loistavat sekä NewYorkin että JerseyCityn suuntaan. Myös Hoboken itsessään oli tutustumisen arvoinen. Asunto oli hyvin varusteltu ja oli myös riittävän tilava meille (5 henkilöä). Kaikki sujui mainiosti!

Such a cute spot to stay while town for a few days. As noted in the listing, parking can be a bit of a challenge but that’s city life for you. We’re (former) locals so the neighborhood was very familiar, safe and quiet. The apartment was great, very cozy, and Brooke was fantastic at communication, very responsive and helpful. Overall I would recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely studio, comfortable bed, very clean, functional kitchen, plenty of linens, everything I needed for 4 nights. I was delighted to find a yoga mat in the closet! Neighbors next door were very loud after hours—thin walls. I contacted the landlord and they responded immediately and told the neighbors to quiet down, which they did. Great place to stay in wonderful Hoboken—grocery stores, coffee shops and even a farmers market within blocks. I would stay here again!

The apt is beautiful, updated and nicely appointed with attention to detail. wonderful master bedroom and incredible bathroom. The hosts are gracious and responsive. The neighborhood is the best - easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops and bars- with an energetic yet chill summer vibe.

We were in town for a festival and to visit family. This apartment is spacious, clean, quiet, close to public transportation options, and in a walkable neighborhood for shops and restaurants. Claudia was very helpful in answering questions prior to our arrival and her suggestions for local restaurants and public transportation were great. Bonus that a parking spot can be included, if you get permission from Claudia ahead of time and provided that your vehicle is not too big. Our 2025 Hyundai Sante Fe was a little too big for the space but a standard sedan or smaller SUV would fit. SO much better than squeezing my family into a hotel room.

Raunak's place is a great deal and we had an amazing stay for a couple of nights. The entire apartment was really clean, a nice pull out couch, and had all of the amenities you could want (clearly labeled too). Location was also great - a 15 minute walk to Grove St PATH and near by convenience stores. Note that noise could be heard from upstairs but it's quiet at night and overall a really positive experience in Jersey City, would stay again.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Great apartment, well-equipped and super clean! Arriving late and finding cold bottles of water in the fridge was such a nice touch. The cookies for breakfast were delicious, and having toiletries available — toothbrush, shower gel, all that — really made it feel like home. Lots of little details that made the stay extra comfy. Honestly, 10/10 — would totally come back!

Our stay at this AirB&B was absolutely perfect for our large family of seven. The spacious accommodations allowed everyone to settle in comfortably, and we all fit together quite well. The beds were incredibly cozy, and I found myself wishing I could take the mattresses home with me. The pillows, too, were wonderfully soft—such a contrast to those at hotels that tend to leave your neck aching. We had everything we needed to relax and, if we desired, prepare our own meals. The host was exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered and well-cared for, almost akin to staying at a five-star hotel. I had conducted thorough research before our trip, knowing that parking was crucial for our large group. This place was truly ideal; while it may take some time to reach New York City, that's only due to traffic, not distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that met all our needs!

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Cody was super punctual and professional throughout the entire process. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location with restaurants, grocery stores, and a bus stop just steps away. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in town.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming 3-bedroom home in New Jersey! From the moment we arrived, we had a few setbacks, but Rick and Kim quickly turned this around made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with quick solutions and thoughtful recommendations to any concerns and we had. One of the standout suggestions was a delightful pancake breakfast restaurant nearby, which quickly became our favorite spot. The pancakes were amazing, and it was a great way to start our days! The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our adventures. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with fantastic hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Of all the AirBnBs I've stayed in, Andres was the most amazing host. He provided tons of information about the area and even how to use the public transportation. We spent most of our time at Liberty State Park and it was easy to get there via the Light Rail. I'm not a city girl (nor is my family), so I wouldn't necessarily let my teen son walk down the street by himself, but we didn't run into any problems. The house was lovely inside and I think the king bed was amazing! I think we'll have to consider getting one like that for home! Andres provides so much, from information, toiletries, sheets and towels, and even laundry detergent. It was almost like staying in a hotel with all the amenities, but you got a whole house. When local events required us to check in earlier than expected ,Andres was super helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Andres and his home to those looking for a rental in the area.

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

Wonderful experience! Joana is a Super Fantastic Host with a great place to stay when visiting the Hoboken area or looking for a convenient place to stay near NYC. Joana was very proactive in taking steps above and beyond expectations to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect for walking to numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a short 10 minute walk to the PATH Train Station for when we wanted to go into NYC. We found the unit cozy and clean with all the amenities and appliances needed during our stay. We opted to cook dinner our first night and daily breakfasts and had all the utensils, appliances, and condiments/spices we needed. It is a 2 level unit with the bedroom and BR upstairs, which is on the sidewalk level, with a lower level having the kitchen and living room area in the basement. Plenty of natural light gives the entire unit a light and airy feel to it. Unit is perfect size and layout for 2 guests. Would stay here again for sure!

This space was comfortable for our intergenerational family’s visit to NY. The walk to the Path trains made getting to and from NYC very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and the space is just as lovely as the pictures show. Do note there is a steep flight of stairs right as you enter the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a much better choice than pricey NYC hotels and the full kitchen is great for preparing meals and snacks to save on food costs! We all loved this place!

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

I had a really nice and quiet stay here. The place was clean, warm, and welcoming, and I didn’t have any issues during my visit. It felt like a peaceful little getaway, even for just one night. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing stay!

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

We had such a wonderful time staying here! A beautiful space that was exactly what we were hoping for. Excellent location for being close enough to nicely get into the city while being in a much quieter neighborhood. Jaden was incredibly helpful and responsive which was very appreciated. Parking as noted by many others is the only downside, but that’s no fault of the owners’, it’s just par for the course for the area. Still absolutely beats staying in the chaos of the city! We would definitely stay again!!!
