Super logement super bien équipé et très propre. Bien situé près de la plage de la grave et des petits commerces du quai. Éric nous a bien conseillé pour les découvertes des alentours. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Wow what an amazing place! We were shocked at how large the room was (the fireplace and living room is apart of the suite!!). The character of this home is unreal, we were blown away that we actually got to stay in a place like this! The bed was extra comfortable, and the private bathroom was perfect. We wish we could have spent an extra night, but sadly our trip was wrapping up. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Endroit parfait pour être près du Parc de la Gaspésie et aller faire de la randonnée avec son chien. Le chalet est très propre et accueillant. Je recommande sans hésiter et j'aimerais bien y revenir :)

Logis confortable, superbement situé, climatisé et assez spacieux. Tout ce qu'il nous fallait!

This is a spot beyond words. The Loft is bright, open, so clean and welcoming. 2 small balconies let you sit out side overlooking the Fleuve, to greet the sunrise at the front of the apartment then see the sun set on the west. The cost may seem a bit on the steep side, but the experience is worth every penny.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le logement de Denis. C'était super, propre, bien placé et bien équipé. Denis est en plus très sympa, réactif et de bons conseils :) Bonne adresse si vous passez à Gaspé !

Location is fabulous - 10 minute walk to downtown and right opposite a beautiful historic park. We loved the 1900s styling of the property with modern comforts (great bathroom and comfortable bed). Kitchen is very small and only suitable for snack meals/ simple breakfasts (no frying pan for bacon and eggs!). We really enjoyed our stay as a great base for exploring the city of St John's

My first time ever staying in an Air BnB. I loved the stay, very comforting ☺️ The bathtub, and shower was SO convenient. Spacious place with AC. VERY clean. Pillows are super comfortable, along with the king size bed!!!! I will be back that's for sure! Thank you so much Michael for the stay, and keeping in touch while I was visiting St. John's for the Shania Twain concert.

Excellent location. Close to downtown and signal hill. Walking distance to so much such as trails at signal hill, restaurants and shops of downtown. Nice and quiet building. Lots of parking. Easy to find. Lots of space, very clean. Definitely will stay here again!

A perfect stay right in the middle of Trinity. Within walking distance to restaurants/tourist attractions, with great recommendations based on the season we were visiting. the space itself was very clean and comfortable, with nice touches that made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone planning to stay on the Bonavista peninsula!

I was in St. John's for a work trip and spent two beautiful months in one of the Queen suites. The position was very good because close to the city center but in a relatively quiet place. Micheal was always very reactive and replied quickly to my requests. Two washing machines and two dryers were available for free in the basement, which is good for long stays. The kitchen was equipped with microwave, pots, cutlery, dish-washer and a portable hob. I found the bed comfortable and I liked the bathroom, especially the shower.

This was a great launching pad from which to explore St. Johns'. You're close to everything, but a little ways up the hill, so it's quiet and peaceful, with Bannerman Park right next door. The restaurants and cafes are awesome, I especially recommend Postmasters bakery around the corner, where I went every morning. I walked all over St. Johns' from this location, to Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, even across town to Breakwater Books (highly recommend), to MUN, and of course the iconic downtown George Street Water Street, etc. Overall if you are solo or a couple, this is a fantastic place from which to explore the city. As an east coaster I'm ashamed this was my first visit, it certainly won't be the last!
