My wife, Kelly, and I are proud to own (and co-host) this charming, spacious property that we just completely renovated in 2025. In the old grainhouse behind the old mill, “The Farm House Suite”, one of two separate suites (in a building similar to a duplex), has a big living room with nine foot ceilings, kitchen (with Toshiba countertop oven, fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher) and a good sized bedroom. A person can sleep on the couch and two others on our queen auto inflate air mattress.

Nestled in wooded seclusion, Lonestar is our most private cabin at Ducky’s. The perfect getaway, this modern cabin lacks no comfort or convenience. Featuring a full kitchen, large walk in shower and comfy king beds. Enjoy the 20 acre property adorned with enormous pecan and live oak trees overlooking the vast scenic pasture and mini donkeys. Sip your coffee on front porch rockers and catch a glimpse of the deer. At the end of your day, wind down around the large fire pit!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake house today! Located on the north side of Eagle Mountain lake sits a newly fully furnished home. Everything in the inside is updated with new furniture and beds! Large backyard with a 2 story dock. Ready to fish on. Enjoy the fire pit or backyard patio. Don’t miss those beautiful sunsets and nature that includes deer, beavers, ducks, pelicans and geese. Most common fish is crappy, catfish, small and large mouth bass.

Our cabin features hangar space, making it an ideal space for any airplane enthusiast. Being only 15 minutes away from Decatur and 35 minutes from Fort Worth, visiting NRS, the Stockyards and/or NASCAR Race Track is easy. ***Hangar space limited. The Farmhouse- relax in country!

The Farmhouse is a two bedroom rustic home with updated amenities. It has a living room, large country kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms-both with queen beds and one bath. There is a large covered deck with a chiminea for chilly days or evenings while waiting for deer and wildlife sightings. There is also a rustic party barn with cozy lighting and a fire pit. There are plenty of sunny spots or shady places to just hang out and enjoy the fresh air.

If the pictures don't entice you and tell the story of all there is to offer in this little rustic lakeside "shack", then let me further explain. Local boat ramps in very close proximity, and there's even an empty slip on the dock. The fishing is truly amazing whether off the dock or tooling around Eagle Mountain Lake. This home sits in a nice size cove on the North End of the lake.
