Great location on the south end where in season you can walk over to the DeRuyter Lake General Store for bait, tackle, ice, snacks, ice cream & more. The property is set up for handicap accessible, including an outside ramp, all rooms are on the first level, and the bathroom is designed for a wheelchair to wheel right in the shower.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
