There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Complete cabins located 8 minutes from services, stores, restaurants and outdoor activities and Highway 2. Also close to the bike path as well as the federated mountain bike trail. For outdoor enthusiasts, the “Le Prospecteur” walking trail is a must, without forgetting the Mont Farlagne ski center which is only 5 minutes away. Free WIFI. For your comfort, you will find a queen-size bed, a heat pump, and a bathroom featuring a large, safe walk-in shower — all set in a fresh, modern décor.

Stay on the lake and make this cozy studio apartment a home base for all your Northern Maine adventures! This is a self-contained unit above a detached garage.
