This is a one bedroom house with sleeper couch. The Margarita has a Spanish décor and was built in the 1970's, and sets as the 3rd highest house in Phoenix with views of the Valley of the Sun. Very private, great location, patios and decks and a hot tub that sets beneath a several hundred year old Saguaros. A special place!
